Jane NIchols was a true godsend to my mother and assisting us with the transition! She has gone above and beyond to satisfy my mother, the move and made the transition very smooth. giving the personal attention to my mom made the move from a 3 bedroom home (she had been for 42 years, and had collected a number of expensive items) very nice. Jane had several unit recommendations, which gave us an idea of the options available. This was time saving and very informative, as I was remote through FaceTIme. The move team could've been a little more communicative, as they packed up the computer several days before the move which made it tough for my mother to get information needed for the move, as well as not being able to receive and send emails about the move. The moving team was very good the first day, although the second day was quite opposite. It seemed as if they just wanted the move to be over and were in a rush to get in and out. Not what I expected, and do to this, we had a number of items that were left in the home which could've been moved on day two! The facility (being new) was very nice. I was told that my mother would have her own router and secure internet connection, and this was not true. They share a WiFi connection with everyone in the building, which brought another problem to the move... My mother's system was cabled, therefore I was not prepared to connect her items to a WiFi (IE: security cameras, iPhone, Computer, etc.) I could've been prepared better if I had known this! In addition, I do not like a shared WiFi connection, as she conducts banking and other financial activities on her system.

Lori and her team at CarePatrol are beyond amazing! Lori knows how to get things done and her attention to detail and her follow up is extraordinary. The world would be a better place with more people like Lori! Thank you for all you have done for our family.

My experience with Anthony Black was very professional. He took care of all of my needs for assisted living. In the future, he may be able to help me get into independent living. I do not know for sure, however, I would recommend him for anyone else that needs help in finding a new place to live.

It was so supportive to have an unbiased coach and neutral guide when members of my local family were present. I sought their wisdom then had to make my decision. I agreed with my helpful children most of the Time but a couple but of times I strongly disagreed, for instance placing my bed beside the emergency pullcord. I chose the other side because I did not want to be awash in sunshine every morning. The neutral party recognized my determination and asked if there is a safety call charm for this building I could wear. The answer was yes andwe moved on. That night the rain poured and bright lights on the building glanced of the water and flooded that hole side of the room over my desk.i slept through night comfortable. When morning came sunshine flooded that side. I slept through night and when morning came i pulled the blinds, turned my happy face to the opposite to the wall where no light was there and went back to sleep, I expect my pendant after the holiday is over.

Deana was so helpful. She provided us with available care options based on my Dad's needs. She offered information and guidance throughout the process and even toured with us. She asked questions that we hadn't thought of. My Dad couldn't been happier with our choice! Searching for care options several years ago for my Mom was a nightmare...comparatively, this was so easy. Thank you!!

Maryanne was very helpful in finding a secure place to move my mother. She was very kind and understanding how important our decision was and also how hard.
