Senior Care Consultant, Deana Barone, has been amazing helping our family through this very hard adjustment of moving our Mother/Mother-In-law from her home of 50 years into the best Assisted Living facility for her. Deana was extremely knowledgeable and always so willing to go out of her way to find out whatever information we needed about communities. When we were short on time (we live in FL and would come up to Ohio on trips), she always was able to get us into the various communities to see Apts. She treated us like family and understood just how hard it was for all of us to go through this major transition in Joyce’s life! Care Patrol is truly lucky to have someone so sweet and caring on their staff! Deana was truly a blessing to all of us! We definitely made an informed decision and chose the right community...thanks to Deana & her helpfulness! Thanks again for everything...you made this decision mad painless as possible!

Jena was very helpful and informative and guided me with appropriate questions to ask at different residencies. She shared VA options I would not have explored.

Michael Finn was great! He provided several assisted living options for my parents to choose from and gave honest feedback regarding pros and cons of each. Sadly, my mom passed away during the process so I ended up choosing a facility with an excellent reputation for their memory care. I'm very happy with the choice. Navigating the open waters of senior care is no easy task. I don't believe anyone really understands it until they are in the midst of the unknown. It isn't easy obviously but without the skills of someone that knows the ins and outs and truly cares as if it was a member of their own family it would be a very dark journey. Ruthie and Dawn are always there no matter what and give 110% all the time. Just how they conduct themselves. I think that speaks volumes about their character and compassion. Would highly recommend the help and skills that Care Patrol has in these difficult times. My experience with Ruthie and Dawn was amazing
