I was given my Vita Mix free some time ago thanking me for having the Flurry made by your company. After much use it stopped working. I was afraid to call not knowing what to say after getting it as a fit from your great company. The gal I talked to was so special and handled my call so well. To my surprise she said to send the mixer and it would be repaired and sent back for free. I am 81 but as a kid we had a Vita Mix with the stainless top and it never broke down which was one of the reasons had your company make the Flurry for the company I worked for the Kappus Co. Now I see the McFlurry advertised and feel so proud.

We were very impressed with the person, plan and process from start to finish. We so appreciated the time taken to hear our story, and to understand our situation and needs. We very much felt as though we were heard, understood and validated. We experienced great communication, follow through, honesty, diligence and integrity from start to finish. Clearly, CarePatrol sought not just to plug and play with regard to placing our loved one via the path of least resistance. Rather, after getting to know us and our family member, it was evident that there was a concerted effort to find a number of communities that met or exceeded our bested weighted combination of must have’s. Not once did we have to check up on our advocate to see if they had done what they said they would do- regrettably a growing rarity in today’s business world. I would whole heartedly recommend this company and their services to anyone who finds themself in the unenviable situation of transitioning a loved one into a safe, comfortable, warm and dignifying situation.
