I've worked with Dave and Diane for over 2 years to identify and move my elderly mother to assisted living. She was resistant to a move and refused to make any decisions by finding objections to the facilities or those that were assisting with her with moving from her home. Her advancing dementia made her safety living in a home alone an increasing issue. Dave and Diane hung with me and supported the process of a move with suggestions and resources to make a move finally possible.

Brian Weaver was so kind and helpful from the minute we first spoke. He took time to listen and empathize with our needs for both of my parents care. He responded quickly and checked in frequently to see how he could best help after weeks of changes. I cannot recommend him enough for his care and help with my mom and dad.

Barbara at Care Patrol was excellent, answered all questions, was a great advisor and Mother found a wonderful caring place to call home.

Todd Seidl was extremely patient, took his time, and answered any and all questions I had. His demeanor, friendly voice and smile were much needed in dealing with the situation of an aunt who needed hospitalization, post hospital rehab , and now assisted living. This was done with his understanding and compassion of my dealings with my mother in another part of the state going through the same issues, but surgery, rehab and bringing her to her home and setting up 'nursing visits' at her residence. Torn in two directions at the same time.

My experience with Care Patrol was excellent. Victoria Archable is knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, caring. She actively listened to our family's concerns, immediately understood our needs, and even raised some issues that we had not considered. Ultimately, she recommended one potential property. It turned out to be the perfect community for my Dad. Victoria "knows her stuff" and she is a pleasure to work with. Her follow-up is impeccable!! I highly recommend her and CarePatrol.

I never knew there was a service like Care Patrol. I was overwhelmed and ready to cry looking for an assisted living for my mom. I accidently dialed the Care Patrol number and Kristen answered! She asked some questions about my mom and came up with 5 assisted living that would be a good fit for my mom. She took care of everything! It was like having a travel agent!
