Susan with CarePatrol was instrumental in finding, qualifying and placing my Mom in an Assisted Living Facility. Susan worked tirelessly to assist in not only setting up appointments to tour multiple facilities but she also made sure they matched my Mom's financial and emotional needs. Susan was sincere, caring & had impeccable follow-up. I lost my father to cancer during the time we were working together. In her patient and thorough manner she continued to reach out to make sure there wasn't anything additional she could do for my Mother or I. I don't know what I would have done without her help. I would highly recommend working with Susan & CarePatrol when trying to find an assisted living facility for yourself or a family member.

Care Patrol really listens to your individual needs and provided us with about seven residences to consider. We visited 3 of them and moved here a week ago. There was a variety of price ranges and services offered, and no pressure for a certain one. We felt they were very careful to meet our needs. and were very kind and pleasant to work with.

I do not know how we would have found the right place for my parents if it was not for CarePatrol. They were thorough, kind, and most of all - patient! It took my parents almost a year to finally make the move.

I am very thankful for Heinz and CarePatrol. He listens, finds the best results, for your loved one, and helps you narrow down the choices. It is very stressful, to place a family member in assisted living, but they help reduce the stress, and Heinz was also at the touring of the facility with me. Thank you so much. Thank God for Care Patrol! I had to transfer out from a care facility to an assisted living facility and only had 5 days to do it! My social worker contacted Care Patrol and they had 3 options for me the very next day! She even set up virtual tours through Zoom with me, my social worker and my niece. By the end of my 5 days, Care Patrol had found an ideal situation for me and had made all the arrangements for my move! I just don't know what I would have done without Care Patrol's diligence and compassion!

She was an invaluable help in navigating the frustrating experience of placing my 84 year old mother in a trustworthy personal care facility. She was able to put me in direct contact with the necessary personnel to assist in placement in a top-notch facility. She followed up to make certain that the key people contacted me.
