CarePatrol took us around to assisted living places, after submitted outlines of each. they were a helpful go between for us to the management of these facilities , and also offered written commentary on topics such as "how to talk to your loved one about the move" I found that to be helpful and a bit calming. then a few conversations with the agent also helped with making decisions . This was a rough decision to make and having someone there with experience to run questions to was a validation in the decisions we made

At a time when my mother was in great need for more appropriate care for her severe dementia it was Anna McMaster who grabbed the ball and helped me process and narrow down what I wanted and needed that would most fit my mother's needs in a care facility. Not only is she knowledgeable of the map in the Austin area of facilities but she was very emotionally present for my concerns and fears and essentially held my hand through the necessary steps and resources needed to make this transition. I cannot recommend her enough. She also leads with a heart. Exactly the perfect match for a vulnerable 89 year old that was in great need.

This company helped me navigate quickly through all the decisions that have to be made. She had solutions to my problems and information that would have taken me many phone calls and visits to obtain on my own. I highly recommend using their service.

CarePatrol Theresa was a God Send!!! She worked so efficiently that our friend was able to move to a Senior Assisted Living space 9 days after his accident. A service wall needed

Patrick was very helpful, meeting with my brother and I at my Mother's house to discuss options and answer questions. He helped set up a virtual meeting and a followup with the assisted living facility. Everything has gone very smoothly and my mother will be moving to her new home soon. I would recommend him highly to anyone facing these kind of decisions.

We had reached a point in our lives where my mom's dementia had taken a very serious turn. Having to place her in a rehabilitation facility after a visit to the ER, was very difficult, especially during COVID. We lacked knowledge on what to do and we were emotionally exhausted. Aletha guided us through the steps to ensure my mom was going to be settled in a place with the best of care. She provided us with key information regarding Assisted Living and Memory Care options, acted as our liaison with the communities we toured and comforted us through troubling decisions. She took a lot of weight off our shoulders and helped us get to the best place possible under the circumstances. We greatly appreciate all of Aletha's efforts with her open communication and movement forward at a very fast pace. We felt she always had my mom's best interest at heart.

This was one of the best decisions that we made for our parents placement. I have a background in long-term care and a degree in gerontology however I am not up-to-date on the places that are available in a different state. I was able to get up-to-date information and understand the options that are available out in the community. Jena was extremely helpful, she replied immediately and was able to help us make a smooth transition from nursing home care to a memory care facility. This has been two weeks that my parents are in a memory care facility and we have been extremely happy with the decision and I think Jena for bringing the information to our attention. Her honesty and quick response were extremely helpful and appreciated.
