My only complaint about Care Patrol is that I didn't know about them sooner! They were amazing start to finish! I trust them and would recommend them to anyone looking to find a safe and appropriate fit for their loved ones. They were prompt & positive and very professional.

Can’t say enough about our experience with Care patrol and Nicholet as our advisor! She was definitely knowledgeable and cared about my mom and our family during our move from an assisted living facility to a memory care facility closer to our family. Nicholet helped navigate a stressful time yet was invaluable with giving advice for all of the situations surrounding the move. When searching for an assisted living option that has a seperate memory care unit for a family member, my husband and I quicky became overwhelmed. A friend recommended CarePatrol. Working with Cathy took away a lot of the stress that we were feeling. We talked about what we were looking for and what the specific needs were for our family member. Cathy is very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with several great options. She set up the tours for us and attended them with us. This was especially helpful becasue she knew what questions to ask. We ended up choosing a place that we probably would not have considered on our own, and we are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend calling CarePatrol if you are faced with this tough decision. You have nothing to lose, and everything to gain, as her services are free to you and all fees are paid by the facility you choose.
