Karla from Care Patrol was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting my husband placed into a Memory Care Unit. I was so grateful to have her help, and it took a lot of stress away.

Karla at Care Patrol is such a valuable asset in helping find the best fit for loved ones. She is compassionate and really takes the time necessary to help with the transition for a new living environment.

I cannot say enough good about Eric Klein. His patience, kindness, wisdom, and so much more brought me through the difficult time of transitioning my husband to a memory care facility. I am looking to him for assistance in the near future as I myself transition away from our home.

The Consultant was very sensitive to our mothers needs. She did an incredible job helping us understand how those needs could be best met. Her care and compassion for the elderly is very obvious. And her follow up was timely and considerate. Our family would highly recommend her and Care Patrol.

Karla Middlecamp was a lifesaver for me. My parents got sick with Covid and went into the hospital the same day. During that time we were unable to speak to any doctors or nurses to get information on either one of them. A week later my dad passed away from Covid (with other comorbidities) and the same day my mother moved into a nursing home for rehab to recover from Covid. She had a lot of trouble in that nursing home and we found out much later that someone decided to stop her Xanax prescription. She had a doctor who wrote her Xanax prescriptions for 30 years! We knew we would have to move her but she kept getting refused even though she was clearly through the Covid and the withdrawal. We were not getting any answers to our calls for information and with Covid restrictions you could only look through a window. Karla was able to find out that the inexperienced social worker was forwarding old notes to the assisted living facilities when she was going through withdrawal. Karla was able to work with her to get the notes corrected and she was immediately accepted at a different facility. Also, during this I had a guardianship case going with the court for guardianship over my mother that was delayed because that same social worker refused to give me the incompetency report which the new facility handed to me on moving day. That delay was very expensive to me as I had to pay all of my mother's bills until I could granted court permission to access her accounts. So Karla and Care Patrol really helped me out at a very rough time made more difficult by Covid restrictions. I cannot recommend CarePatrol enough!

Markie has been very helpful in guiding us through finding a memory care home for my mom. She is very prompt in returning calls and answering our concerns.
