I worked with Mary Ann Pickell of Care Patrol to locate a facility for my wife who was suffering from dementia. Her condition worsened quickly to the point that moving her was not a viable option. The services discussed with Ms Pickell were excellent, she was knowledgeable and showed real empathy for my situation. Although not able to complete a possible placement, I can highly recommend Ms Pickell to anyone needing the assistance she offers.

In trying to find a place for my sister-in-law Melanie jumped into action and found places to check out. She helped me get the information I might need and gave me a lot of insight on what I might do. Bonnie Elliott was who worked with me at Care Patrol. . She was extremely Instrumental in helping me to find a New place for my brother who was at the time in another assisted living where he was unfortunately extremely neglected in many ways . His health was declining greatly . It was imperative that I move him as soon as possible to a safer place . I faced yet another challenge knowing financially it was a struggle with limited funds in placing him to a safe place . Care Patrol was amazing in helping me through all the ups and downs of this move. Bonnie worked very hard and quickly with creating options to explore to place him . There were many twist and turns in the process . Bonnie was amazing and comforting as she guided me thru this difficult time. She was there with such kindness to lend an ear when times were tough and I was trying to navigate my way thru these emotions and not to give up . I could never have done it without her and her team . The support and honest concern , kindness and efficiency was above and beyond . We were able to find that safe haven for my brother. Im so happy to say in a short period of time he is doing better already and he truly seems so much happier . His spirit is coming back and that is such a gift to see . I highly recommend this company for the needs of helping your loved ones to have a happy , safe and comfortable environment for their health needs. They are truly the best !! I thank you immensely for all that you did for my brother I will be forever grateful for your help and kind heart .
