Excellent service, helped me placed my husband in a wonderful Memory Care Facility.

Very helpful and professional but also easy to get along with. Checked in regularly ,took control when needed, helped out in all aspects. Very patient at kind.Would recommend Don and Julie to anyone who needs this service.

Todd from Care Patrol was very prompt in returning our phone calls and questions that we had about various assist. living facilities. He was very good at recommending facilities to us as well as not promoting places that did not fit with the person we were placing. We appreciate all his help with the placement of our good friend that we take care of in a facility.

We worked with Doyle Hull to review options for Mom's memory care. He was very thorough, very caring and provided us with several good options, one of which seemed ideal for Mom. She is now a resident and is adapting well, the staff is terrific and we are extremely pleased with the care Mom is receiving, all thanks to Doyle and CarePatrol.

The person who helped me was on top of the situation. Even when I was told there were no openings at the facility, his stick with it attitude got us in that same place within the same month! Thanks!! My spouse really likes the place but, it’s still early days!

Where do I begin. David Gutierrez was a god send. He was informative, helpful and very patient. Due to the Covid and going through the court in 2020. I finally got Guardianship of my brother. David was there in helping to find the right place for my brother. Was always there when I had questions. I'm going to miss him. Since he was there for me and my family during 2020. Lisa from CarePatrol was amazing. My mom has had a major decline in her health, and we had to find a facility that could manage her various health issues. With Covid, we were unable to visit a lot of places. Lisa was able to set us up with a few places to tour, and gave us all of the information we could need to make an informed decision. She facilitated the transports, continuation of therapies and dialysis, and she helped to navigate us through the financial and legal aspects of everything (which, there is a lot!!) She made sure we knew that Care Patrol would continue to be there as a source of support, even after my mom's transition was complete.
