I am so thankful for CarePatrol. Bonnie was amazing, kind, compassionate and so knowledgeable. I cannot imagine trying to navigate this time-sensitive journey without her. My mom is a safe, caring, and active community. The staff understand her needs and are dedicated to her health and well-being.

Denise and Petra were absolutely wonderful. I am so thankful for every second of their time, patience and expertise. My mother and I were in a very bad situation with my father who has Alzheimer's and they stepped in and made a bad situation much more bearable. Thank you both SO much. I will forever be grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anybody who might be in search of their type of services.

Melanie was always respectful, informative, and patient. She is very knowledgeable in the facilities and listens intently to what services are important to you so she can guide you in the right direction. She conducts herself in a very professional yet personable manner. Using CarePatrol took a lot of work/time/effort out of finding a facility that would be the best for mom.

Care Patrol helped me accomplish issues I was truly not capable of doing by myself. I was faced with having my brother placed in an assisted living situation and Care Patrol came through. Jonathan and Reba have helped us twice with my sister, Ann. Always professional, always compassionate and always follow up to make sure everything is just as we want it. They answer any questions I have promptly and are honest and transparent about the potential homes we look at. Ann has a difficult form of dementia and Jonathan and Reba put a lot of effort into finding the right adult care home for her needs. I would absolutely work with them again!
