Cas Edmunds helped us find a health care facility for my husband when he was leaving an urgent care facility to go to a long-term care facility. Cas was familiar with the many facilities and their capability of taking care of my husband's special needs. I do not know what we have done without his help!!

Your rep Barbara Cherneska kept in contact with me for about 18 months after I was referred her her by a neighbor. She didn’t push, I guess she knows what a difficult decision to make to place a loved one in an assisted living facility. She would call or text me regularly to check on us. When I was ready, I explained what kind of facility I desired for my husband and she took me to visit several of them before I decided. We just placed him yesterday and so far, of course it’s only been 24 hours, he seems to be doing well. I would recommend Barbara to anyone needing this type of service. Patricia Wolf-Dufur

I worked with Kerry Nelson to help place my husband who is on Medicaid so he knew there was no reimbursement from Medicaid. My husband was in a rehab facility but his 6 weeks of Medicare of up and I could no longer care for him at home. Kerry offered to help me find a foster home for Roger who was not being well cared for where he was. It had been a challenging process to find a home with an opening for Medicaid at his level of care and I had been the only one doing the search with limited access to information. Had Kerry not assisted me I would not have found the perfect home for my husband who is very happy in his new home! His time and energy was invaluable to me as was his empathy for me. He did an amazing job at calming my nerves as well. I would highly recommend working with Kerry, he has all the right qualities for this work and he really cares about the family involved.

Petra and her staff are amazing. I needed a Memory Care placement for my Mom very quickly. CarePatrol helped find a place that could meet the special needs of my Mom. They worked efficiently and compassionately to make it happen. And they also earned the trust and respect from my Mom. That was very important and much appreciated. I'm so glad that CarePatrol was there for us.

We were provided with great advice and guidance during this process. Kris at CarePatrol was attentive and always available to answer our many questions. She made sure she understood my mother and her needs before suggesting places that were suitable for her care and she facilitated the virtual visits for us. Our rep kept in good communication even on the weekends when we were the most available. Care Patrol offered lots of choices in the Milwaukee area...would like to have had more info for Western Racine County and Walworth County. Your organization saved a lot of leg work and searching for information.
