From the first contact, Denise, I felt I was in good hands, Both Denise and Petra have been great sources of information. Petra has met my mom and myself at The Blake for several visits as well as conference meetings. I can't say enough about these great gals and the service CarePatrol provides. The process of placing a beloved parent into a facility is hard enough, but when you are totally lost and overwhelmed, it is such a good feeling to have caring folks to rescue you. I so appreciate your personal service.

I had a great experience with Care Patrol! Anthony was very personable and willing to help and listen to what we were looking for. He helped find good options and also communicated with the new facility for my mom- including negotiations we required. I would recommend Care Patrol for anyone trying to figure out what is next for their older loved one.

My experience from the start to the end was great. With the help of Dina C we were able to quickly virtual tour 3 assisted living facilities and get a fact sheet on each one. They asked many questions that we never would have thought of asking. We settled on a facility and got my mother in there in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

Once again, my anxiety over finding a good place for my mom to live has been shortlived. Thanks to Care Patrol, my mom is in a wonderful, clean, caring home. It took only about a week to find.
