Jane (and Care Patrol) were a blessing beyond words. This move for my dad was looking like the worst thing in the world. The care facility where he was gave us a 30 day notice (Note: stay away from Nye Healthcare!) and we needed to move him out of Wyoming and to the East coast. I didn't know anyone in the area. My local Care Patrol contact gave me Jane's info and Jane managed the entire situation, along with reassuring me, with utter grace. She gave me contacts in the area to help with the move and even fixed up my dad's room for him so when he arrived it was decorated like his previous room. With dementia, minimizing the stressors and changes is essential and Jane was brilliant. Seriously, could not have done this without her. I am so grateful!

A great experience, wonderful follow up and so helpful with placing my dad in the best living arrangements for him. A real relief as I live out of state and was not familiar with all the options in Florida. I would absolutely recommend their services, they walked me through options step by step, what a stress reliever for me. Thank you for everything you do.

A great big thank you to Amy Feger for helping us once again! Amy had previously helped us find a good memory care unit for my father's wife. She recently helped us again with placing my father in an assisted living facility. Once again, Amy helped us with research and logistics in making the move. With Amy's help in making arrangements, we were able to make the move as smooth as possible!

We were very pleased with Eric Klein and Care Patrol. This was a completely new direction and we had no idea about what to do to select the appropriate care for our mother or what our next steps should be for moving our parents into the appropriate care facility. Eric was extremely patient and so knowledgeable about so many things we never would’ve thought to ask about. Not only was he helpful with providing various options to consider, he also helped with some very difficult conversations with our parents. We couldn’t be happier with the insightful input we got from Eric at Care Patrol. He had input about anything from rehab centers to the difference between Independent living and Supportive living. He even had suggestions for companion care, estate sales and more. 5 star service from Care Patrol!

Care Patrol helped me navigate the process of finding a reputable and appropriate "next stage" living situation for my parents. Carepatrol was fantastic! We thought a nursing home was our only option after several skilled care facilites told us they could not offer the care my mother required. A nurse friend of ours told us about Todd Seidl from Carepatrol. He helped us find exactly the care we needed. He worked tirelessly to show us all of our options. He was with us every step of the way and continues to reach out to us to see that our concerns are addressed. Todd Vrcan of the Charlotte branch needs to recognized for his efforts. We weren't sure if mom was willing to move to North Carolina or remain in Wisconsin. Todd Seidl and Todd Vrcan went above and beyond to help us.
