Theresa, our Senior Care Advisor, was wonderful to work with. She was very compassionate and really listened to my family's desires. She took into account my father's level of health and engagement, and found him the perfect home. I felt she really knew the people and places she took us to visit.

Nicolet was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Moving my mom to Assisted Living was a big change that we had no experience with. She was able to answer a lot of my questions about switching to Assisted Living, along with assuaging a many of my fears and worries; and making the move to Assisted Living much smoother.

What a blessing! Kari West was my representative and she was amazing. Kari went above and beyond. Making countless phone calls. Always available to me with any questions big or small. She walked me through the process. Accompanied me to the visits. Took all of the photos asked all of the questions. I cannot recommend her and this company enough. My mother is now safe and happy in a beautiful new home thanks to CareParol and to Kari!’
