Absolutely awful service. Lost a pair of $100 sunglasses while traveling and uploaded all the relevant information. Each time I received an email, it repeated the same information over and over and over again. I spoke with multiple (inept) representatives and was told "claims specialists" were looking into the situation. Horrible company and terrible process -- AVOID AVOID AVOID this scammy place.

Update. It took over 6 months but Eclaims has finally approved our claim. It was a very frustrating experience and they repeatedly asked for documentation that had been uploaded to their website several months earlier.

This company is either staffed by magnificently incompetent individuals OR it is intended to give you the illusion of a benefit while doing as little as possible to actually provide the benefit (or, of course, both). I am in the process of filing a claim for damage incurred during an attempted break-in to a rental car. I have been through multiple iterations of updating documents and the whole process is so poorly handled and unclear that I can only believe that a company like Chase w/ near infinite money would only contract a company like this specifically to prevent people from successfully making claims. It really seems like some reputational arbitrage where this company exists to take the heat off Chase for basically lying about the benefits on their premium credit card offerings.

Worst service from chase ever - they suck. It should not even be a service at all. I have lost my baggages since august 14th 2022 and today we are January 24th 2023 and they still haven't taken care of my case yet. It is still pending. Status keeps on going back and forth from final decision stage to more documents is needed. I have uploaded all the required documentations they needed and they keep telling me that someone is reviewing my case and I should wait. I have spoken to countless agents and supervisors and still nothing. Case # 0008578970 has been opened since 10/03/2022. On 10/29/2022 an agent named Akemi called me on a 3 way call with American Airlines to confirm that the bags were lost and we ended up contacting JetBlue and Aer lingus for verification ( Aer lingus was one of the flight company I traveled with from France to Ireland for a layover of 16 hours & Jet blue is the company they claim took my bags from JFK to DFW - Just a mess) - They confirmed that bags were lost but eclaimsline keep on telling me to contact those companies to make sure they confirm that bags were lost. ( I guess being on the phone with one of their own agent does not count) but at this point I don't know what other language I should use to communicate with them so that they understand that my bags are gone, they probably have new owners now. I am tired of them trying to re-assure me that the issue is being taken care of by one of their claim examiner and they will get back to me within a week and nothing happen. Please y all need to take care of your customers like you say . Just in case someone working there is reading this review and wants to take care of this issue for me my case# is above. We getting closer to 6 months to fix a simple issue. Y all needs to put yourself in others shoes to understand our pain - you wouldn't want any other service to treat you like that.

I wouldnt give even a star! My luggage got delayed and they asked for a number if documents that the airline didnt provide. Claim document , rejection document, delivery document. Receipts of items like clothing that was bought months ago.....i did put my conversation with the airlinr some receipts but this is ridiculous. Changing to another card that is effective! Dont fall for this with Chase.

Thus far I'm in about 30 hours of documenting and uploading documentation (eclaimsline.com website gives me the spinning wheel so I had to submit by email ) I do understand that both eclaims and their parent insurance company Allianz are probably inundated with travel fiasco requests after the dec gridlock but this is a bit ridiculous .....I don't even have a claim number ....talk about an uphill battle ...allianz is a shadow insurance company in the sense that they give you little to no information - form responses via email that have nothing to with your question/are completely unhelpful - and their phone line says "we apologize but we are unable to communicate with you at this time " what ? no email or other forms of communication help ...i recommended sapphire visa to 8 of my friends and family members. I am now recommending they switch from chase sapphire "preferred" visa to anything but chase....sad ...

Conflicting info. On existing claim status online vs help line. Drag out claims for 5 months, with request for submission of same info.

Had a claim, sent them papers, they said its not complete, could not talk to a person, was on hold for more the 30 minutes with representative name Teresa just now and got disconnected . Just awful
