Response was extremely quick and efficient. I wasn’t exactly sure what documentation to provide, so I tried providing everything I could think of, and was pleasantly surprised that no further documentation was needed. Was definitely expecting the process to be more bureaucratic

It gives me great peace of mind to know that my CC offers this reimbursement. I was very stressed when upon returning my rental car, it had damage on the door, especially as I was overseas. I was not really sure what to expect but I was prepared for a long drawn out situation. Instead the whole process was very smooth and fast! Once the claim was approved I received the payment within a couple of days directly on my bank account. I am VERY SATISFIED with this service.

As far as I am concerned, this company is fraudulent. First time using their service, a claim was approved since August 3rd. After 2 months of back and forth with them asking for documents I had already sent. Now we are september 23rd. Every person i speak to including claim examiner, their response: we dont know sir, you should just wait. I would never advise anyone to go and do business with them. Just incompetent people making false promises about paying money back after claim is approved.
