I had a simple claim for Trip Disruption, I had all my receipts documents, itinerary every document they had requested. They still have not settled my claim. They always have an excuse for what document they are looking for, but they just keep requesting the same documents.

CANCEL YOUR CARD
I would give negative stars if I could. I am still waiting on a verdict for my claim filed in November 2022. My experience echos what many others have reported. Eclaims keeps requesting the same documents over and over. When I get through to them over the phone the line almost always gets disconnected, and when it doesnt I get told that all of my documents have been received and to wait 5 business days. After 5 business days, they email me asking for the same documents. I have been trapped in this cycle with them for 5 months- as of right now my claim is in the final review process. It is very obvious what they are doing, they want people to give up and I am sure that this works very well for them. It is so shady. The only thing I can do is cancel my Chase credit card. The benefits they advertise are completely inaccessible. Even if they gave me my money today I would still cancel- I am over it.

Same experience
Same experience. Claim for a canceled flight in September 2022, still pending 6 months later. Keep asking for documents already submitted. Chase doesn't care. I believe this is done on purpose and it's basically a scam. Would be interested to see a report of how many claims they actually paid. I'll cancel my credit card because of this. There are plenty to chose from that don't require an annual fee for services that don't exist.

Exactly the same as everyone else
This is Chase’s way of offering false travel protection and washing their hands of any responsibility for claims not being paid. Exactly the same as everyone else. I had a trip cancelled due to snow. There was a request for forms, including "the cancellation policy of Avis and Travelocity". Like they wouldn't know those already? I was already fairly suspicious this was a scam coverage. So I submitted those. Then it was a request for "confirmation of refunds and credits". I called both companies, and neither is willing to write this bogus form that was pulled out of someone's imagination. And, the call back number they left me has not worked in 10 days because of "unforseen circumstances". It's all a thinly veiled low level scam.

Don't waste your time filing a claim
After 10 plus years of owning a Chase Sapphire card, I filed my first claim for delayed baggage last July. Over the course of several months I was asked for and submitted over 75 different documents (many two or three times). In December I was told that I have submitted everything they need and a claims manager will be getting in touch with me. As of Feb 14th I have heard nothing. If I had known the run around I was going to have to deal with I would not have bothered to file a claim. I complained directly to Chase and they said there was nothing they could do.

Entire process is a scam designed to make you give up
As other's have mentioned, this company is straight up fraudulent. You have no actual person to talk to and they will just keep sending the same template email asking for more information, regardless of what you've submitted, until you give up.

Shopping for a new credit card
NO stars would be more accurate. This dishonest company and its inept employees demonstrates fraud at its worst, and I find it hard to believe that Chase Bank isn’t fully aware of the deceptive practices of EClaimsLine. My issue was airline related, and after submitting the claim, resubmitting the claim, faxing, mailing it via USPS, and several phone calls, the case was closed due to supposed “insufficient information.” If you can reach a human being by phone, you will be told lie after lie, and their email updates are non-existent, even though you will be told initially that there will be a response within “five business days.” This ridiculous and tedious back-and-forth went on for months without any resolution. I’ve had a Chase Sapphire Preferred card since 2009, and before that a regular Chase VISA since the 90s, all the while thinking I had some form of insurance protection for emergencies. Because of EClaimsLine incompetence and inability to settle my claim favorably, I will now be shopping around for a new credit card.

The Worst You can Get.
We travelled in June of 2022. Bags got delayed for many days at Heathrow Airport. Submitted claim, They keep asking more same information again and again and also for random information. It is very clear they have a mandate not to pay that is why they keep asking for documents until you get frustrated and give up.
