It has been over 5 months since my incident. Their claim of "response within 5 business days" is absolute horse****. Unable to get someone on the phone, unable to get someone to look at the documents I uploaded, and unable to get someone to issue me my deserved claim for minor damage to a car rental. This **** makes me want to cancel my Chase card and never look back.

This site is bullsh*t. They were no help in getting my claim processed. The form is confusing. When I reached out to customer service I got no response other than an automated reply. So I'm out a couple hundred bucks for legitimate expenses and no help. Claim is closed without the reimbursement, and no way to reopen.

UPDATE to my UPDATE regarding my experiences with Trip Cancellation/Interruption insurance through Eclaimsline.com, as offered as a regular benefit of my Chase VISA credit card, this time my United Airlines Explorer VISA : - Six days ago I checked on a second claim, this time for a 1-way flight from Athens to Marseille in the amount of $337 (after partial reimbursement from Aegean Airlines). - That query showed the status as "Check printed Dec. 5, 2022" and would arrive in 7 to 10 business days; the check arrived via U.S. Mail today, Dec. 13. So I guess that Card Benefit Services, operating as Eclaimsline.com, IS legit. However, they might be understaffed and require more time to process claims. Also, you definitely need to be persistent and have all your "documentation ducks" in a row; you can also submit "notes" explaining any aspects of your claim or documentation.

DO NOT TRUST these people there’s zero use in calling them I have been trying for months after further investigation I realized if you scroll to the bottom of the page is that the insurance isn’t provided by my credit card but a company called Allianz instead so instead of my bank I have been giving my information to this other group absolutely ridiculous will be filling a claim with the better business bureau.

This place needs a class action lawsuit against them, it's such a scam. They purposely provide very few lines to get through to, shoddy service that hangs up on you, doesn't recognize info you give them, and they constantly give you runaround. I filed a claim in July and had to call dozens of times, providing every little document, and 6 months later, they finally approved only a fraction of the claim. THEY WANT YOU TO GIVE UP. I have a Chase Sapphire with an annual fee and this is the service you get? I'm done with Chase or any CC company that uses eclaimsline.
