Worst experience ever. Sent all documents requested. Got approved. Thye said the mailed a cheque. That never cane, after multiple emails ans calls they sent me another cheque. 4 months later the cheque arrives, finally, I deposit the cheque and behold THEIR CHEQUE BOUNCED!!!!! What kind of business is that???? I'm considering moving away from chase and take my business to another credit card. One that will respect their clients and handle their own claims so they will hold some accountability.

Basically the same exerience as everyone else. I've been asked to send documents after documents after documents, and sometimes even documents with information from previous documents in different arrangements. They're playing the long game to make you give up, Chase f-ng sucks for contracting eclaimsline and eclaimsline f-ing sucks period. Been fighting a claim for 6 months now and they keep asking for more documentation, in total i've uplaoded 19 documents so far and they still want MORE.

Worst!!!! company keep on asking for same document for no reason and not all vendors provide the document in their format still they are asking to give that document and dont have any flexibility using alternatives for them. Worst experience and so i m switching my travel card to someone else.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I have had the worst experience so far with them. I submitted a claim in September that has yet to be resolved. I have called them over 20 times trying to figure out the issue, figure out why my claim isn't being reviewed in 5 days like they guarantee it will.. and no one is helpful. I had ONE person out of 20+ be helpful, but it still didn't figure out the issue for me. They have all told me they would escalate it, submit it for a call back, etc. but nothing ever happens. I don't receive any communication between them. Honestly I'm about to call Chase and call and complain, and considering switching to a different travel credit card because of this. This is the worst customer experience I think I have ever had, and there are quite a few that I have had. Poor reflection on chase

I recently had a very good experience with eclaimsline. I booked a cabin near Yosemite National Park for a family gathering in March. The unprecedented winter storm (snow) forced the closure of the Yosemite National Park and we had to cancel our trip. The owner and the platform (VRBO) refused to give any refund. Since I made the reservation using Sapphire Reserve visa card, I contacted the card benefit service and they referred me to eclaimsline for submitting a claim. After the claim and required documents were submitted, I received an additional request for an additional document (credit card statement). Within 2 weeks, my claim was approved and the lost money would be paid by the card benefits. Reading through all the negative comments on eclaimsline, I almost decided not to file a claim. I am glad that I filed the claim and got my money back.

I would rate a -100 if I could. I've had the worst time trying to get a simple Trip Delay reimbursement. It has been months after my trip, and the eClaims agents give me excuse after excuse of what they need. I am downgrading my Chase credit card solely because I am so frustrated with my experience filing a claim. Chase, do a better job of picking your third-party partners. These credit card benefits are supposed to give your users a sense of ease, not overwhelming frustration.

Should have a minus 5 stars to rate this company. As most everyone else has said, this company should not be in business. I filed a simple claim for trip interruption back in January. They have asked for the same documents over & over and just keep delaying talking to me. Chase says they have no control over them. I am considering canceling my Chase Sapphire card due to their dishonesty in saying they have travel insurance when they obviously do not. Friends on the same trip had Alliance & we filed at the same time. They have already received full compensation. It's really disgusting. Especially since it seems almost all the high end cards use the same company. Not sure where to go for satisfaction.
