This company is absolutely terrible. I'm considering dumping Chase for using such a bad company to manage travel claims

UPDATE: IT'S BEEN OVER ONE YEAR AND ECLAIMSLINE HAS NOT PAID A CENT! ECLAIMSLINE AND CHASE BANK ARE SCAMMING US. eClaims Line has now dragged our claim for three months. If they give you the run around and continue to drag your claim, stop communicating with eClaims Line and go directly to file a claim with the following agencies and be sure to file with agencies where Chase is headquartered as CHASE contracts eClaims Line for the benefits you are paying for through your card fees. When I contacted CHASE, they give you the run around and won't provide the contact information for the ombudsman. They don't know what an ombudsman is and the supervisor on the phone claims they're the highest person a complaint can be submitted to against a financial institution. That's laughable. Instead, this is the address provided: 3415 Vision Drive Colombus OHIO 43219. CHASE HQ is located in NYC and I've noted their address below. Search the following agencies for the website links and on-line forms to submit your official complaints: - Attorney General for Virginia where eClaimsLine is located - Ombudsman: E-Mail: Ombudsman(at)frb.gov Phone: 1-800-337-0429 Fax: 1-202-530-6208 Mail Office of the Ombuds Federal Reserve Board 20th & C Streets, NW, Mail Stop 28 Washington, D.C. 20551 - The Attorney General for NY (You will need the business address for Chase HQ to file a complaint against them. CHASE HQ address is 270 Park Ave New York, NY) - Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - Federal Reserve for Consumer Help - Federal Trade Commission (for false advertising): - If none of the above resolves your issues, then file in small claims court/sue them directly. You will need to file with the court system in the county you reside in.

Filed a Purchase Protection claim through Chase which specifically says covers items damaged, and they denied it saying it doesn't cover damage!

If I had known a travel claim would be this difficult, I would have purchased travel insurance from a reliable company. Three months into my claim, they are still asking for letters impossible to obtain from airlines. They also changed some details on my claim on their own without informing me. Unethical and unprofessional.. after waiting to speak to someone for 30 minutes, one of their agents hung up on me yesterday.

Rejected a claim and a subsequent appeal. Claim was due to a weather related delay on an international itinerary. I included all evidence, including a carrier statement. There is absolutely no recourse. Its disappointing Chase Sapphire Reserve card uses this and advertises it as a benefit. Please file a compliant with consumerfinance dot gov to ensure Chase gets what they deserve.

They make it impossible to submit a claim. The system is manageable, but then they just keep asking for docs upon docs upon docs. Every time I submit the docs they ask for, they ask for more, oftentimes of things I've already submitted. You can't call to get an evaluator on the phone, but you can request that one calls you back but you cannot specify a time or date. I've had two open claims about 3 months now. It's exhausting.

THEEE WORST company with inconsistent and incompetent employees.the claims process is horrible and my time has been wasted for two months with the same runaround.

This is the worst form of American enterprise, one designed expressly to dupe the public, to deny reasonable claims, and to NOT pay legitimate insurance claims. I am on my fifth call with them as I type this, and have emailed at least half a dozen times. This operation is so slimy, that I have to believe that any positive reviews are just employed shills...
