Took over my claims after I spent 120 days with my "$461 Travel Insurance" company eventually refused to acknowledge my claim. Realizing I paid with my Chase card, I tried their claims process. The pre-validation process was simple. The claims submission online was great. I did get hung up with repeatedly asking for previously submitted support documents until a representative explained to me how 3rd party support worked. It took me 71 days from claim submission to being fully reimbursed for my trip cancellation and interruption claim. Just knowing this company honors its promises will keep me as a Chase card carrier for life.

The Alternative Claims Management Department with the car rental agency handled all the paperwork and document submission for me after I provided the claim number obtained after filing the claim. A customer service rep with eclaims wasn't aware of this option and wanted me to provide the same documentation. I only found out about the car rental Alternative Claims Management when I called to inquire about obtaining documents. It was a blessing not to have to do any further work after finding out about this. eclaims needs to be more informative about this option which surely happens with many car rental agencies which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5. eclaims did pay in full.

I have been using Chase Sapphire Credit Card from past 6 years now , this is my first time filing claim , it was very easy and faster than expected. I would definitely recommend Chase Sapphire Credit Card.

Our flight was delayed recently at Dallas due to thunderstorms. We ended up spending two nights at hotel and I submitted claim as I purchased my husband flight with Chase credit card. I submitted the claim form( it was not very friendly form as it has no place for comment) I received an email acknowledging the submission and within two weeks, I received email to get more information. I replied to the email with detailed description of what happened and also all the tickets changes and hotel receipt. Within two weeks another email stating the approval and the direct deposit to my account. Even though the maximum amount was less than what I had paid but since the airline is not responsible for the delay due to weather, it is good to know I received most of my hotel fees back.

I got my money back for a cancelled trip due to medical reasons. 1. you must be organized 2. You need adequate proof (medical forms filled, booking reservation, proof of refunds (if any)) 3. circle everything so they don't miss any details

My experience was very positive. The car rental agency provided all the required documentation (repair bills, photos) and I submitted the claim online. The funds were paid directly to the rental agency. The process completed in 15 days.

Dealing with insurance companies is rarely a pleasant experience, and although not s super smooth system due to multiple parties involved, it took some time to get it all together. Ultimately, the fact is that once I obtained and uploaded all the documents, it was taken care of without me being involved, and no out-of-pocket expenses were due. That's a win.
