Terrible company - no one should ever use them or contract out insurance benefits to them. I had a minor scrape to a rental car in May, and they still have not processed my claim. (I have a rental car insurance policy with EClaims through my credit card company). They take weeks to respond to each message, and each time they send a laundry list of "missing" documents that I already uploaded weeks ago. Update: EClaims finally reached out to me directly a few days after I posted this review. However, even weeks after submitting additional documents they’re still sending back generic responses asking for documents I’ve already uploaded. Avoid at all costs.

File claim online. Provided hertz with the claim number. Hertz contacted them and the claim was settled with no hassles to me. I had chase sapphire reserve card

They are the absolute worst. They ask for way more than necessary, drag out the process, and make it nearly impossible to make an entirely valid claim. My mother was hospitalized last year, and I skipped my travels to tend to her. After a full year of back & forths, where the goalposts kept shifting, and massive delays, they ended up asking for a special form for the attending physician to fill out, which they'd never asked for before. I had already provided them with a letter and contact statement from the attending physician in my initial upload, but they needed it in a very specific format. Well guess what... my mom was in the ER, they'd dragged out the process a full year, and NOW they expect me to give them a new specialized form??? That doctor is going to be nearly impossible to contact, let alone persuade to fill out their special form. I can't wait for the class action lawsuit against them. Eclaimsline deserves to go bankrupt, and Chase deserves the fall out for contracting with them. Clearly false advertising galore.

We submitted a claim to Chase for hail damage to a rental car and the application process was easy. The length of time to get the claim resolved could have been less, like under 60 days. I did have to make several phone calls to get status, make sure they had the documents they needed and to understand the process. Each person I spoke with was very polite and professional. Ultimately, the claim was paid to the Rental agency. I will definitely continue to use our Chase card. Thank you!

The claim filing experience was overall relatively straightforward and easy. Having to file a claim is already somewhat stressful, so the experience with this company was surprisingly hassle-free. The communication was great. I was impressed with the relatively quick turnaround. I have already recommended this service to friends and family.

This is a great benefit. I had to cancel a trip because my father was diagnosed with cancer and we were caring for him and had no issues whatsoever. Thank you for making this time a little less stressful.

I had an accident while on a cruise. While I was filing a claim with the insurance company where I had purchased travel insurance, one of their requests was for a credit card receipt of my charges. While I was going through the Chase statement, I just happened to notice the benefits associated with the card, and I went ahead and filed a claim. The process was easy and straightforward, although a little longer than expected. I now realize that there are benefits in addition to the easy acceptability of the card, and I will definitely continue to use it. Thank you.
