The ceiling fan in my great room fell down and smashed my new Chromebook rendering it useless after just 2 weeks. I put in a claim, sent proof of purchase and a repair estimate from a computer shop and got the entire purchase price refunded in two weeks. Great service.

Our cruise was interrupted by the premature birth of our first grandchild. Since we purchased our cruise fare using our Chase Sapphire Card, we filed our request for the reimbursement for the cancellation penalty (75% of our cruise fare) on June 24, 2024 in the eclaims portal, submitted all the documents including the template that was provided by eclaims and completed by the hospital on June 28, 2024 (also in the portal), received an email on July 8, 2024 that our claim was approved and if we want our payment sent directly to our bank account, received an email on July 9, 2024 advising that it may take three to five business days for the disbursement of funds and found out that on July 10, 2024, the amount requested was deposited in our bank account. The process appeared to be seamless and easy. I downloaded our documents in the portal individually since there is a maximum size of file that it accepts. Before filing the claim, I called up customer service from Chase who advised us to also email the documents which I did. I did not have any difficulties in using the exclaims portal including downloads of documents adding to fact that I was just using my IPhone and not my computer. I have been using the Chase Sapphire Card for over a year. I specifically chose this card when we started traveling because the travel programs it offer and it has indeed fulfilled its promise. eclaimsline.com promptly processed our claim. Everything was accomplished through the portal.

The instructions to complete the process was Great! My claim was reviewed in a timely manner. The documentation required was not overwhelming. After the initial review, the instructions to finalize the review of my claim was helpful. They even explained how to show how to include my spouse on the claim since some of my documentation included myself and my spouse.

Generally, the process was easy. I kept getting asked the upload a document that I had already uploaded (no feedback was given), so I was confused if something was incorrect. It was eventually accepted, so not sure what was happening. But otherwise, a relatively fine experience.

Took awhile, and the process was complex but Chase came through when we had to last minute cancel Europe cruise when my mother died.

Eclaimsline is a scam, at best. They fumble through claims, not reading documentation and not calling to discuss/cover questions they have. There is a barrier between who you can reach at the number and an actual examiner. I had a valid travel interruption expense due to a medical emergency. I was continuously asked for further documentation and my claim was denied for reasons that did not match the claim. I appealed and was denied again. I am escalating to the credit card company and filing all possible complaints, as the benefits guide is clear.

Absolutely outstanding! We couldn’t be happier! It was bad enough we had to miss our trip due to a family emergency but at least we were able to recoup our expenses. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💕
