United denied responsibility and refused to reimburse me but the entire cost was repaid by Eclaimsline under the trip interruption benefit of my Chase Sapphire Reserve card. With all airlines being incompetent and uncaring when it comes to meeting schedules, the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card is even more essential for anyone traveling. Travel insurance is by far the most important feature of the card. I use the card for all my travel expenses.

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Strategy is to not communicate, ask for the same documents over and over again and delay, delay, delay. Chase should be punished for partnering with such a scam.
