I bought a cannon gun safe for my son in April. 2 weeks ago Aug 2022 we were I unable to get into the safe. After many calls to cannon they pretty much told us they would get one of their locksmiths to it when they could. If we hired our own locksmith we were responsible for the cost. The safe is four months old with 4500.00 worth of guns and papers in it we can't get to. Before you buy one look at all the you tube videos about people locked out. 800.00 for a damned paperweight that is going to cost me more to open it. Warranty, what warranty.

Purchased a new 64 gun, 60 minute fire protection gun safe from TSC on 083022. Admittedly I hated to take a display model, but it was the only one of the model I needed. Got a great deal, so took it home. Two of the 5 spokes of the handle were missing, but the store manager assured me they were inside. Also couldn't get the safe open once I got home. I used the Cannon help tab on the website, but had not heard anything as of this morning. I called the help number and connected with Oliver Canche and all my issues were quickly and professionally resolved within minutes!! I cannot praise Cannon's customer service, and Oliver in particular, enough for outstanding support and follow through. I will continue to buy & recommend Cannon because of today's experience.
