I purchased a cannon Ts-5934 48 gun safe a few years back from tractor supply, I just now forgot the safe code due to my child running in while I was in the process of changing the code. Contact cannon sent pictures of it with all my guns and all and they treat me like I’m a criminal and tryna charge me for the master reset code. I’m done with Cannon, I expected better customer service than that

My 19 year old Lagard digital keypad/lock had a "stroke". It got very erratic and might open every 4th time. Then only the factory default code might work every fourth time. I called Cannon and they sent me a replacement keypad/lock via FedEx a week after my first contact. I was able to swap it out myself and we are back to normal.

I started phone interactions on Friday, August 12th and spoke to a Representative by the name of Liz who answered my questions and provided me all I needed at the time and then called again on Monday, spoke with Joey who initiated the replacement key process and sent me the form and printed it out and then called on Tuesday and spoke to another Representative who didn't feel like working and got all bothered because I asked her to clarify questions on the form given to me the day before. She clearly doesn't have people skills; she claimed she asked me the way she did because she was sick. If you're sick stay home and don't take how youre feeling on customers calling in. These reps have jobs because of customers like myself needing help to resolve the issue for my call and expect a Great customer experience. Speaking of great customer service, Rep Oliver made up for the BAD rep experience. He definitely presented people skills and was very attentive all throughout the call, glad that I got to speak to him to resolve the issue toughly. THANK YOU OLIVER! OUTSTANDING JOB!
