I tried to resolve my issue via email but i received some conflicting information which i understand can happen. Gerry was wonderful to deal with very quick to answer my emails and knowledgeable in trying to resolve the problem. When problem wasn’t resolvable by trouble shooting it meant replacing the locking mechanism, which was sent out within a few days after an email with links to how to replace the parts ourselves.

I recently had an issue with the locking mechanism on my cannon safe. I sent an email to the warranty department and as little as 2 weeks I had my problem diagnosed and parts to fix the issue sent to me free of charge. Eden Rodriguez was a big help to me and it only took 5 minutes to fix after getting parts mailed to my door. Cannon safes are a step above the rest. Thank you for all your help and time. I was given a 65 gun cannon safe for my birthday in November of 2021. Now on 9/1/22 the electronic keypad doesn’t work. Cannon sends a key pad that I must install on this piece of junk safe. Customer service was useless! I will never own a cannon safe again very poor workmanship

Keypad stopped working in august, 2022 on a safe purchased in December, 2021. Submitted warrantee claim on 12-August, 2022. I got no response until 22-August. I was asked to check a number of things most reasonable, at least one was totally ridiculous, after replacing the battery 3 times, they told me to purchase a battery with expiration date of no sooner than 2027! Eventually they agreed to replace the key pad on 29-August, I received it on 7-September installed and all is well.
