I bought this Cannon safe December 2018 and paid $1,299 at Tractor Supply. I have had nothing but trouble with this safe. They are sending out a new keypad and locking mechanism. I'm told I need to call a locksmith to drill it open for replacement. Not going to happen. It's $800 for a crappy safe. I'll never buy a electronic lock again!!! Cannon is crappy.

I purchased a safe 6 months ago and for some reason the pass code was not working. I called Cannon's main number 847 665-1635 and reached Oliver. Purchased a Stack-On safe with traditional combination but lost the handles for the rotating locking mechanism. Contact Cannon Safe response and communications very efficient. Handles were a special order so it took a while but just got the handles and all is well. Judging by customer service I would highly recommend this safe company. MIchael Tinaglia
