Awesome customer service bar none

VICTOR PANTOJA WAS WONDERFUL. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. WEVE HAD OUR SAFE FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND EVEN THOUGH ITS A DISCONTINUED MODLE, HE WAS ABLE TO FIND PARTS FOR IT.

Needed some shelf clips for my safe and called customer care for support. Oliver was professional and courteous. He listened entirely to my issue and promptly assisted with a resolution. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Experiences like these make the decision to purchase again all the easier.

I had a keypad fail and received a new one. After your company sent me a new one, Oliver talked me through the entire process of the installation. He was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all patient and helpful. He is the kind of customer service employee you want for your company! Five stars! Bob Knowlton

Oliver was most patient and helpful with our trying to open our Cannon NL safe. He was awesome!
