Cannon SafeReviews of cannonsafe.com

Agent was knowledgeable and courteous.

I was prepared with my model, SN, and other pertinent info. Oliver got straight to the facts and turned in a request for replacement parts. Fast and easy.

The entire team was truly professional with not only great customer service every time I had called over the past two days, the whole experience was outstanding and quick. I bought my Safe (dial combo) about 8-9 years ago and misplaced my combo, thank goodness they maintained an archive for old safes and saved me about $600 for a local Safe tech just to open it. Not to mention destroying my Safe! Great job guys and thanks for you speedy responses.

The folks at Cannon Safe were helpful and followed up to make sure my issues were addressed. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a Cannon 48 gun safe. After rigging into my basement, I realized that shelves were missing. I spoke with Angel at customer service and he exceeded my expectations. He was pleasant, polite and took care of the issue and more. I own another much older, much larger, much heavier Cannon safe and I have to say that safe has always been one of my favorites. After today's experience, I will highly recommend Cannon safes to all who ask. Thank you Angel. Thank you Cannon.
