I have been since October 9th trying to get a replacement key for my stack-on gun safe. I have contacted the several times. First they send me the wrong key. I contacted them and they just sent me another wrong key. I just sent them another email. I have been almost two months trying to get the correct key. I feel this is an executive complaint. I am writing this review so you will know it is impossible to get the correct key.

safe was acting up by using up batteries fast, reached out to cannon and they asked for pics of key pad and serial # and boom replacement parts on the way. thats why i will only buy cannon safes

My home burned down. And my Cannon safe did its job protecting my stuff. I contacted them about the life time warranty, And they replaced my safe just like they say!!! Fantastic company and product. Not Many companies stand by their word anymore, but Cannon does!!!
