Aaron is very I difficult to work with. His best interests are not out for the customers. Once he has his mind made up he will not derail and even over look what is on the estimate. Even the State Farm adjuster told me he was interpreting the estimate wrong. This wasn’t my first run into with this guy, but it’s the same outcome every time . He’s tying to act like a claims adjuster when his job is to follow directions on the estimate. I was excited to have my bumper repainted but he’s trying to be difficult by being persistent about doing a small portion only like it’s coming out of his pocket. I went to south side paint and body and had a way better experience where the customers are put first! If you want to be let down and pointed into a direction that is not in your favor then head over to Aaron at Caliber Collision.

My new truck was damaged by rocks flying off a tractor trailer on I-85 south of Atlanta. I took my GMC to Caliber Collision in John's Creek, GA. I had been here before and knew what to expect. In short, I was not disappointed. Jeffery Ruder took great care of me and the work was outstanding. Never had a problem and the service was the same. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I will add that I went past two other body shops on the way to the John's Creek location because of past experience with Jeffery Ruder and Jeff, the manager. Outstanding!!

My car had extensive damage to the bumper and quarter frame so I took it to Caliber Collision in Clovis for repairs. The customer service was friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and got back to me quickly when I had to leave a message. Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable about the process I needed to go through to get the car fixed.
