Unfortunately I had a fender-bender. Thankfully no one was hurt- yet it is a traumatic experience in many ways. I called my insurance company and I arranged to have my car towed to Caliber on Philips. From my first visit to the shop - I was treated in a warm and concerned way that eased the trauma of the incident. Luis explained everything involved in getting the car repaired and assured me that it would be done to perfection- which made me feel at ease and safe. Every day I received a call from Luis advising me of the progress and what was needed to complete the repair. I looked forward to his daily calls and had total confidence in the process itself. I picked up my car yesterday and it looks better than new. I can only recommend Caliber to anyone and everyone who is in need of a repair after an accident - you will not regret it. I also want to give a shout out to the gal in charge of my project (I believe her name is Rebecca -I'm old and am not good with names) as she always welcomed me with a smile and respect - even on the phone. If I were rating this company- I would not rate them lower than a 10.

Excellent service. I'm not usually passionate about car-related things, but Caliber's team made it super easy to schedule drop-off and car inspection and more. Really excellent company!

My Fiancée and I took her Ford Escape to have it repaired from an 18 year old who back into me. Anyways from the time you call to the time as soon as you walk in. The customer service was outstanding, not to mention their pride in the work they did. Being a retired Veteran trust me when I say they deserve 10 stars ⭐️ Fast, Efficient, Knowledgeable, and a job well done. Look no further for repairs. Give them a call and tell your friends. I was in an accident 10/30/2020 and I did not get me truck by until 1/2021 and for those 2 months I had to keep calling to ask when my truck would be ready. I received generic text messages about 2 times each month. When I went to pick up my truck my passenger door was not put on correctly so I had to bring it back, so I pick it up again and every time I made a turn my interior light would flash so I take it back and this morning I go out for coffee and when I make a turn the interior lights are still flashing. I will never take my truck to this place again. I feel like the tech does not know what he is doing or they are using some cheap way to put a bandaid on this problem and it’s not working. I am truly pissed off with this rip off place and I will let my insurance company know never to recommend this place!!!

Jacksonville/Orange Park FL Horrible. I had my car worked on here. Right before the holidays. I'm told my vehicle will be completed on this date. I am asked to come to pick up the car. I took the time from work as the repair shop was 40 mins from me. I arrive and then I'm told it is not finished. Why was I told it was? I'm bothered and the people at caliber say they will bring me the car the next day. AWESOME! I did not want to take another day off so soon. The next day I'm told they won't bring the car and I needed to come to get it as the rental was no longer covered if I didn't. . At this time my car is not finished. They didn't order all of the parts needed to complete the job. Not so. Took an additional week. Not the end of the world. It's the end of the year. I drive up there taking more time from my employment. I look at the car and it still is not completed. One of the fog lights is out. It is a luxury car at that. This was the situation back at the beginning of December. Currently, it is Mid Jan and nothing has changed. I'm told that the part was ordered. But it was the wrong part. The correct part was ordered. But they seemed to have misplaced it. The worst part is I already paid my deductible, and this is the work of 2 shops. Not just one. I was sent to the one closest to where I live to put the part on that the first shop forgot to replace. Now, this shop can't find the part of the person who has it. I'm included in their email chain about it but there's no news about any of it. I would NEVER EVER recommend this group to anyone. Unless they are looking for a similar experience. I think I know why my work wasn't done correctly, kept in the loop, and no words about it. Take a guess.... And I have receipts too. I can show you the proof!!

I had used ARBA Collision before for similar repairs and was disappointed in the new owners. Prior arrangements were discarded so it took a long time to get all the paperwork done, during which time the manager(?) chased me out of the waiting room for pulling my face mask down while using my cellphone trying to get the problems straightened out. I observed later that NONE of the employees were wearing face masks. I was told that the bumper repair should take 2-3 days, and it took 10, including two weekends and Thanksgiving day, so I got hung for 7 days replacement car rental while I was repeatedly being reassured that it was "almost ready". Repairs were adequate, but I will not be back to Caliber Collision.

A wonderful body shop! I have been to Caliber Collision twice with my Honda CRV. Once, I was entirely side swiped and they did an absolutely beautiful job and yes it took a month but my insurance covered it and it turned out flawless! I am not sure about that previous reviewer?? Rear end collisions can total vehicles.Caliber is professional, courteous and fantastic. I have been in other collisions and would certainly use Caliber again. Do not always believe the reviews of impatient clients. I am not certain they are valid. That said, I have returned due to their professionalism and courtesy and they never disappoint. The second time they fixed my fender from a hit and run. Thank you! IF you are on the fence about a body shop and want solid, professional work that works well with your insurance or with your budget and, will do it right, and is up front about repair work than go with this shop!
