Someone hit my XT4 2021 in a handicap parking spot. From the passenger side rear well all the way to the front door. I thought it was down to the metal. I was sick because I only made one payment. Took it in to Caliber Collision and spoke to Rocky. He able to buff it out make it look new again. I would recommend Caliber in Rising Sun to everyone. Thank you Caliber!! And Rocky too!!

I had my daughters 2015 Nissan Sentra in for repairs to the rear drivers side bumper and fender as it was in a minor accident. Caliber Collision located at 1751 State Street Schenectady, NY has a great team here. The customer service provided was excellent. The workmanship and care taken on our vehicle repairs was superb. We received daily updates as to the status and timing of repairs along the way, via text messages. They also kept us un the loop regarding a needed supplement to the original estimate drawn up. They worked directly with my insurance company to facilitate getting this approved and we were cc'd on all correspondences. We were handled with utmost courtesy. The completed repairs to my daughters car was above board. It was completed days ahead of schedule and Calibers detail team even buffed out some minor scratches on the opposite site of the vehicle, unrelated to this accident. The finished product looked showroom ready, it really did. We were thoroughly impressed with caliber and the process from start to finish. Caliber Collision is a wonderful vehicle repair body shop. I just picked up my 2017 Toyota Tacoma after 5 days of repairs. My truck was damaged by a semi pulling down telephone wires with huge steel u-clips attached to the wires. They were drug across the roof, windshield, hood, the right side and behind the right back passenger window. The hood and roof sustained dents and paint removal. The windshield had damage also and was replaced.There was a serious scuff on the roof railing and upon further inspection, there was also a dent. That dent plus the one behind the passenger window were really iffy as far as removal. I'm totally happy to say those were removed along with the roof and hood dents. My truck is metallic orange and I was seriously concerned about matching the paint. Caliber of Wooster did an awesome job!! My 2017 Toyota Tacoma only has 21,000 miles. It was and is now again showroom condition!! The Caliber location I used was formally known as Nagys. We had used them several times in the past. They still have the best and knowledgeable service available in my area. I can't express how happy I am with their service. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!! Caliber collision in roseville cs . Sent my suv in for repairs pointed out issues from accident , a week later it was mostly done , picked it up and a few days later i could not open the hatch back went back and he said in order to fix it the back glass needed to be replaced the shocks are bad . I said it workrd great before the accident .now months have gone by and they wont return any calls . Bottom Line i guess they only fix the easy stuff , if you have a big job find a honest body shop .... if you want them to take the ins money and be done with you these are your folks....

I was supposed to turn in my Lemon Law Cadillac and unfortunately someone hit me in a parking lot the day prior. It was not a big scratch but enough that Classic Cadillac would not accept. I was frantic as I was moving that weekend. I visited several places and they all wanted 4-5 days and outrageous prices. I found Caliber, explained my situation to Travis, he in turn got the GM, Paul Bernstein, who engaged their painter and said they would stay late to fix my car. It was ready by noon the next day and looked perfect. I can't say enough about not only the quality of work they did, but the way they treated me as a customer. It was with the utmost professionalism I have ever seen. If you ever have the need for collision repair, please consider Caliber as it will be your best decision! Highly recommend!

Caliber collision in Union City Ga .I listen to my insurance agent and they was go and pick my car up from the tow yard and they never did it was a week and half later and I was charge extra fees and when they finally got my car it took them 39 days to repair it and the paint was still off and they called my insurance company cause I wasn’t satisfied with the job and I will never use them again I rather to take my car to the dealership

I recently was rear-ended while sitting at a light in my truck, the person that hit me uses Geico and they offered Caliber to me because I live in Webster. The Team at Caliber treated me awesome, they kept me up to date with my repair work from start to finish. They fought for me as well even after Geico declined to pay for all of the damage. I couldn't be happier with their work, they told me that my customer satisfaction was most important and they took care of ALL the repairs regardless.
