I Wanted to Use the Nissan dealer for my repairs,but I listened to My Agents input about this Place ! So I Took my 2021 Nissan to be repaired at Caliber Collision in Corpus Christi Steve the Caliber rep. told me how he was gonna do this and that and they were gonna fix it! So I left it. I called a few days after just to check on my Vehicle and Nothing done yet .. ! Called 2 or 3 times for an update ...Nothing 8 days later I called to ask about my vehicle? And Mr Steve had Bad Attitude towards me! It was still not finished! Because they ordered the Wrong Parts And the did not have The Means to recalibrate the drive assist Cameras on the 2021 Rouge ! So they took it to Nissan to do all the Repairs after all..! I should of done that in the First place.!! And Caliber got the credit and payment for the repairs on my Vehicle ! This will be The ONLY time and Last time .!! I ever use Caliber Collision and I'm putting this on Social Media to make sure Other people Don't Use Caliber ..Thanks for Nothing

Out of the way customer service ( George Williams from Eagan) and work quality was awsome. Taken care of my car issue in a very professional and timely manner. Also hooked me with some additional parts and service for free as they were small issues..which tells me a lot about this place. Totally recommend it.

I had appointment today to have some scratches removed from my hood!!!! I was told by the service representative on Quaker road Queensbury New York caliber collision that the scratches would be removed!!!!, And when the job was supposedly finished the scratches was not removed!!!! I met with the representative prior to the appointment today, to discuss removing the scratches for my hood of my SUV Volkswagen and when I seen the hood the scratches was not removed!!!!! And conclusion I don't feel that I should not have to pay the $65 but I wind up paying it anyway for the frivolous labor that was not performed properly, so while honestly feel that was ripped off for $65 for a job that was not done and this is a professional collision center which did woke on my car previously on a claim case!!!!! So now I'm out of $65 for b******* labor that the job was not performed!!!!! And conclusion I felt that if he could not remove the scratches he should not have set up appointment to have it done bottom line!!!!!!!

Caliber Collision Avon I would give a 4 & 3/4 star review. Compared to the review I will give the Caliber Collision Castleton that is a very good review. I called before going there about taking non insurance payments and Cassandra assured me they did. I didn't wait an unreasonable time to have my car inspected and she had a customer ahead of me the second time. The job was done well, completed a day early and saved me a few dollars. A couple of promised phone calls were not made and it would be nice if they could set up a deal with a rental company both minor suggestions. Hopefully I won't need to use their services again but I would go there to have work done if needed.
