I recently had my car repaired at Cavalier collision on Eubank Road. These are the nicest people. Mr. David Stratton, helped me very well informed of my car. The part was on backorder. I heard from him every week that we were waiting. I found him to be very pleasant and easy to talk to, I truly enjoy, him informing me of the progress of my part and he was very nice, also when I pick my car up I met one of the sweetest ladies her name was Karla Baylor, She was awesome she explained everything which was truly informative, I really Enjoyed talking to her, she has a very pleasant and warm demeanor, because of these two people, I would bring my car back there anytime, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES.

The worst service I have ever experienced. First issue, I had an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. I called 3 days before my appointment to see if I could drop off early and was informed my appointment was rescheduled and sorry they forgot to call. Second issue, my new appointment was set, I dropped off the vehicle and was informed that it would be ready in 1 week. I never received a call after 8 days so I called and was informed it was not ready. I drove by to see the progress and they did nothing on the vehicle. I came back in town a week early for this appointment. I took my car that day and went to a real service auto body shop. I have no problem with some delays on services but do have a problem with lack of comunication and being considerate.

Service was fast and friendly, from estimation to pickup. Excellent work on my front bumper. Highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased with the service from the Rochester, MN office. Unfortunately I have used them twice for different cars in the last year. They were very easy to deal with, fixed my accidents completely, dealt with the insurance company for me and even put up with a lot of questions. I will definitely recommend to people I know.

I had my suv in for repair damage at Caliber Collision in Pueblo, Colorado at 455 E Enterprise Drive! The service I received was excellent, Jenna and Justin were extremely professional, courteous and very efficient! Jenna kept up with the calls as to how the repairs were coming along she was so patient and respectful! I was SO PLEASED WITH THE STAFF ALL WERE GREAT! Thanks guys!!!! Jenna Many THANKS!!! Our 2019 RDX Acura was sideswiped on Nov 2021----used Caliper for an estimate---although it took until April of 2022 to be scheduled for repair (long wait for parts--chain supply??), the results were outstanding. Kudo's to the Caliber Collision team at Shawano, Wisconsin. We were kept in the loop during the wait and while the repair was being completed. Unable to notice any flaws, especially the blending of the paint job. Thanks to Tod and his team.

On April 1, 2022, my 2004 Chevrolet SSR was struck by an uninsured motorist. My insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision, one of their preferred repair shops. Heath at the Boltonfield location in Columbus, Ohio was extremely helpful, friendly, and considerate. The repair work was quick and the quality was outstanding, especially considering the difficulty in obtaining parts for this rare car. My SSR looks new again!

I brought my Mercedes Benz ml350 for rear bumper replacement from an accident. They knew nothing about my vehicle. Had no idea how many batteries were in it. Forced cleared all error codes to pass. Two days after I picked my truck up, I started having serious issues with all codes to the point my truck needed to be towed which cost me $260 after repair. And today, it is back in the shop for the very same reason. They knew all the sensors in the bumper needed to be checked by Mercedes but I was advised not to bring it there because I would be responsible for all expenses. I drove 2 hours to this shop because it had great reviews, now I am wondering if it is the employees at this shop who are writing their own reviews. I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE TO THIS BODY SHOP AGAIN. I went Raleigh NC shop. July 15, 2022. Thanks to this body shop, my Benz has been in and out of the mechanic shop and it has costed me over $2000.00 to date. This body shop has no idea what they are doing and should stick with low end car and stay away from HIGH END vehicles like Mercedes Benz.
