Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

I have had my vehicles in here multiple times and ALWAYS have great and satisfied service! This time was no different. Eric was extremely helpful and the front desk friendly. I would not go anywhere else! Happy customer, Heidi O

worst company ever if you take your car here plan on having more damage done than when you brought it here the only reason they even get a Star is because they did fix the damage but I was without my car for 4 weeks Also this was the 2nd car I brought here for an insurance claim and they damaged my other car while it was under their care

We have had to use Caliber many times now. Every time the service and quality of work is second to none. The staff are very professional and always available to answer questions. Would highly recommend this company for your automotive needs!

Super helpful and very professional. Thanks guys!!

Very professional and very nice from beginning to end of repair. Communication was excellent. Repair looks very nice, also. A lot of well earned “veries”

Caliber Collision (Spring) lived up to their tag line: Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life. The customer service was outstanding! Concise, clear and consistent updates kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle and allayed my fears. When I visited the shop to retrieve my charger, the reception area was clean bright and welcoming. They offered me water too! The receptionists answered the phone within the first 2 rings and were pleasant. I was not kept on hold for minutes on end. In fact, each call was less than three minutes. Roman was understanding, considerate and professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. He even followed up with a brief phone call (twice) when there was a delay. And despite the delay my car was ready when he said it would be. I don't know much about car repairs, but my car looked great!!! I felt like they over-delivered. Caliber Collison has nurtured the know, like and trust factor with me. I highly recommend their services to my circle and anyone who needs car repairs after a collision

Choose Caliber Collision from the preferred options given to me from my insurance company. Customer service was fantastic! Attentive to my claim, kept me up to date daily with their progress to not only myself but to my insurance company as well and was able to finish the repairs a day early! They even replaced my license plate covers which was a very nice and unexpected touch as well as the full detailing inside and out. Felt and smelled like a brand-new car! You never want to be involved in an accident, but if you are... take your vehicle to Caliber Collison!
