I was driving in the left lane (70-75 MPH) of I-24 west, just north of Chattanooga, in the middle of the day when a deer ran into my driver's side front door and then bounced into my rear bumper. The entire bumper of my RX350 SUV came off except for a few electrical wires which were strong enough to keep it attached to the right side of my vehicle and drag it on the pavement behind me. I immediately turned on my emergency flashers and made my way to the right side of the road and had a police car come and help me assess the damage. We tried to snap as much of the bumper back onto the car with duct tape until we could get a more permanent solution. I managed to make it to Caliber Collision in the Smyrna/LaVergne area where Mr.Charles Knight, the General Manager of that location, immediately examined my car and had one of his workers determine that the best option was to remove the entire bumper since it had already come loose twice while I earlier had continued to drive west to my home in Kentucky. He even used a grinder to cut the totally damaged bumper in half so it would fit into my SUV as evidence for insurance purposes. We were so thankful for his prompt attention to our dilemma and I offered to pay for his time and effort to make sure our remaining two hour drive home would be safe. He declined any payment and wished us well! What a life saver he was and what a wonderful experience it was to fortunately find someone who took care of our problem so quickly. Thank you again, Mr. Knight!

They were very Helpful through the whole experience and did a great job on my jeep

First, everyone at Caliber was friendly and I enjoyed them all. My problem started with my expectations not being met. I had $5,000 of hail damage. I was told by Caliber two weeks from my appointment that it would take one day, maybe an additional half day. I thought my wife and I could get by with one car. I scheduled the repair. Caliber has a neat website to follow your car’s progress. After day one, I didn’t see any change. I called and was told that it may take another day. I had some travel where I needed a car, so I called our local rental agency. No cars available for two and a half days! If I would known back when I first contacted Caliber, I would have called and reserved a car. Our lives were full of hassles and cancelled appointments almost every day during the week. It would have been different if I would have known up front that it would take five full days. I needed to call for an update every day—the only one I received from Caliber was for the pickup, even though I was promised daily updates and returned calls. To be fair to Caliber, they are probably short staffed like most of the service industry post-pandemic. I think if the expectations would have been realistic and the communication better, I would have given 5 stars. Little changes can make a big difference.

My car was finished in the time frame they gave us. Looks like new.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision in Horn Lake, MS during a very stressful time. Shonda was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I walked away confident that I would be in good hands.

Working with Calibre I've been one of the worst experiences in my life. Their customer service is terrible they do not call you back and will lie to you about Vehicles progress if they find something that was not covered in their initial adjustment they will hide that from you as well and force you to pay for it after you take the vehicle home because because in most cases your waiting 3 to 4 months for a truck repair so desperate for a vehicle you just drive it home regardless. if there's some severe mechanical problems that were not addressed or talked about in any way shape or form that such mechanical problem would render the car a complete loss because the amount it would cost to fix it there for caliber making a mistake and forcing every did you already pay for repairs that they did not cause so my case they give you a truck with a completely burnt out clutch and transmission and want me to pay to pay for diagnosis know diagnosis to determine if the damage was caused from the wreck or wear and tear . Im not 7qpaying for the investigation was clear as dayn this truck was in perfect driving condition before the accident it will not take anything less . This is what they do to look after each other caliber and insurance company wear and tear a completely burnt out clutch drove all the way from Boulder to Denver in this condition everyday is a daily driver no not possiblle. And Bruce admitted to the same thing over the telephone with my father as witness to what he said and I quote there is no way that truck with the daily driver and that conditions like I have been telling him the entire time he finally agrees with me but will not step up admit a mistake was made and tell the insurance company caliber Collision is the biggest Crooks to Colorado because their companies in debt I'm going to take this as far as I can go their incompetency is almost cost me my home my job and now have covid 19 from Public transportati9Services not lose my job which I am now on the brink of due to covid-19 from public transportation the remarks as one man loses everything do to your incompetency I will be writing letters 2 the mayor of the city and state I'm going to contact every news agency to unlinee public forum that are listened I have other instances where people have been wrong and I have the proof at my fingertips like ripping off an elderly couple you said car was totaled only cost $1,200 to fix and they're back on the road running I have proof it would have ruined their life too if he wasn't smart enough do what you did

If you're looking for an awful customer service experience this is the perfect place!!! It first started with Valentia and then from the GM Gavin. When a GM doesn't stand by his word on providing consistent updates it's no surprise that rest of the office does the same. All this place does is provide excuse after excuse as to why the vehicle is not complete. With star rating they have, they must by buying reviews.
