Regarding Caliber Collision on loop road. My car was sent here by my insurance company after someone backed up over the hood, I’ve had nothing but issues since. I picked my car up June 7th. The hood wasn’t aligned when put back on, so I had to take it back, the body fits,the grill, headlights, front fascia was offset (another trip back) the thing that keeps your hood open was never replaced so when I went to open the hood it came crashing back down. They then wanted to bill my insurance again even though their parts come with a lifetime guarantee… The headlight was replaced with a broken one and now it’s taking a month for a new one and it’s still not working. It is now July 28th. I’m taking my family on vacation next week and their saying they might not even get the part in until August 12th. So when I get pulled over for a headlight out who pays that fine? Worst company ever!!! Do not let your Insurance send your vehicle here.

We had a tornado come through causing a tree to fall on the front hood of my truck. Took it to Calibur Collision and was extremely happy with all aspects of this collision center. Austin kept me updated with how everything was going with my truck. super professional! The customer service was a 10! When we picked up the truck Tim introduced us to everyone as well as gave us a tour of the shop. I was shocked how nice this collision center was, super clean and very organized! They had my truck parked out front all detailed inside and out. They even had it running so it was cool inside the truck when we picked it up! Fantastic group of people! The best experience!

I made a bad choice going with Caliber Collision. The ongoing issues and my time focus communicating with them is approaching four months and there remains now a NEW defect in their workmanship discovered: fallen headliner. I notified Cathedral City, CA manager Douglas Prosise of the new defect and as has been historically how they behave: Crickets! Meaning, no response. Completely ignoring again, their responsibility to perform and complete satisfactory services based on what they were entrusted to do and what they claim they are specialists at. It's frustrating and disappointing when you agree to top dollar charges and in return receive less than marginal repairs, service and customer care. They really don't seem to give a hoot about the poor quality of work they provide. And their business culture lacks a human element of care and concern as well.

My repairs were completed in a timely manner and the service I received was excellent. Holly had a rental car waiting for me when I arrived and made sure that I knew what to expect through my entire claims process. Thank you Caliber Collision N. Lidgerwood.

I am very pleased with the way Caliber Collision, In Las Cruces, NM. handled my case after my accident. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was a problem because parts weren't available. So we had a long wait. But, Caliber completed the repairs as soon as they could. I am very pleased with the job they did on my vehicle, It looks great! The staff did an awesome job!! Extremely professional! I will use them again! I damaged the rear hatch back door window in my 2014 Sienna. I immediately called CC. the person who does the quotes was leaving in an hour but if I got there within a half hour she would assist me. I hurried over she got the pics and info she needed and asked one of the guys to put plastic over the broken window the next day my ins co was on it even with a repair date. it was the quickest exp I have ever had with a body shop
