I picked up my car after a repair and noticed a minor discrepancy. They made sure I was happy with all the repairs they made, and the car was given back in perfect order. Thank you Caliber Collision for caring and listening to my concerns. I rate them a 10 out of 10 for customer service and professionalism. I Highly recommend Caliber Collision for your repair needs!

sketchy set-up
I created a claim on State Farm website 6/9/26. I selected from the preferred vendor list, the closest glass repair shop which was Caliber Auto Glass in Mountain View. I was immediately contacted to schedule the appointment. I was told that 6-11-26 was the first available. I told the agent that I could do that date, but I would need the job finished by 3:00pm or I would need to pick up the next day. This is where it gets weird. She told me that they would make arrangements with the Collision center for me to be able to do that. She said that they rent space there and so special arrangements have to be made. OK...Then, make them.... I got a text with specific instructions for drop off, including instructions NOT to call the phone number associated with the business since they won't know what I am talking about. I should only call the number they gave me. After I dropped off the car, I got a call from the same person asking how the drop off went. She asked me at that time to confirm if I was going to pick up today and I re-iterated that if it was ready by 3:00 then I could, but if not, then it would have to be tomorrow. She said that she would request that it be done by 3:00, but would not guarantee it. She also reminded me again not to call Caliber Collision, but only call her. I Called her at 1:00 to get a status on the car.... She had a voicemail that said she is out on PTO until next week. I waited until 2:00 at which time I called the forbidden number. I talked to a man at Caliber Collision and he went to talk to the technician working on my car. He came back in 15 min and told me that they haven't started my car because they didn't know about it. WTF!!!! I called the 888 number on the website for Caliber and spoke to someone who transferred me to a supervisor. She called the shop and talked to the technician who told her that he would work on it today and be done by 5:30. I told her that I would pick it up tomorrow. She replied that that would not work, because they don't own the building and the collision center won't let them leave my car overnight. I LOST MY MIND! I told her that was unacceptable and they need to figure it out. I asked her what they would do if I just didn't come get it and there was silence. I asked if it would get left out on the street or towed and she said, maybe.
I called my State Farm Agent and was told, sorry, we can't help you. All they did was give me the number for claims. I called the claims line and they said, sorry, we can't help you, we are a 3rd party processor and we have no control over the vendor ( who is on their guaranteed vendor list!!!) She said that all she could do is transfer me to customer service and they close in 30 minutes. I was transferred and the automated line said my call would be approximately 45 minutes. We all know what that means. I would hold for 30 minutes and then a voice would tell me that I need to call back tomorrow.
The world is on the fast train to disaster! AI doesn't care, customer service doesn't care....no one cares.
We will see where my car is tomorrow morning!!!

Former IATSE International Rep says…
Former IATSE International Rep says this company won't leave you alone. Block their calls.. still call ya. Ask to be put on their do not call list??? A real professional wouldn't treat you this way, can't imagine if you had issues as you were going through the repair process the lack of respect you would receive as they continue to do whatever serves themselves.
Go to tinker toys first to fix your car before this HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL PLACE.

First Rate Repair Facility
First Rate Repair Facility, Inclusive of World Class Signature Repairs, via the Finest, Most Professional Staff, All The Way!!
Shout out to GM, Frank, with his most professional demeanor, and 30 years experience, along with Service Advisor, Fernando, and Customer Service Rep, Haleigh....Amazing Follow up and promptness from the moment I brought my car in for repairs due to a questionable driver, who had destroyed the entire left side of my car.
Today, I went to pick up my vehicle, and it honestly looks as good as new and shines as good as new. These folks kept me up to date throughout the week, and seven days from when I brought my car in for repairs, it's now both 100% Complete, as well as me being 100% satisfied.
I will not use any other repair facility, due to my most wonderful experience from day 1. These guys are tops in every way. My car came back immaculate and pristine.
Thank you again, Caliber Collision Altamonte, and your entire team, for such a job most well done. When you reach out to them, ask for Fernando, their Top Advisor, and I can assure you that both you and your vehicle will be given the same level of attention, along with a most professional experience throughout the entire process.

Caliber (VA) Job Review
I recently quit Caliber and there’s some things I couldn’t help but think I wished I knew this before I got hired, my role was as a front desk and my payment compensation could have been achieved at a less stressful industry with less conflicts of interest.
Management Approach (Raises and bonuses- getting promoted): If you’re still in the interview process I’d recommend studying your skills and what you bring into the table so you can negotiate a salary range on whatever high end of the pay range is offered for your position. Once you’re hired chances of increasing your pay require a lot of effort and follow up with center and regional manager. Not only I experienced a lot of excuses when it came to increasing my pay I witness other coworkers struggle with the same issue regardless of workload changed, tip #2 if you are to accept a heavier workload with hopes to grow your career with caliber make sure you have everything documented through email, responsibilities expected and pay increase negotiated. (I witness someone getting promoted and then the pay range was changed on the paperwork) Tip #3 - Know your metrics, be your metrics the first thing you learned about the company and what are the qualifiers and disqualifying conditions, I thought my manager was going to go over this with me periodically and I probably lost some money on there. During the live training asks how to get in touch with your HR representative for the area, send them an email and double check with them your bonus structure along with the disqualifying criteria. Have some screenshots ready of your score card around the end of the moth and email it to your center manager and HR department, don’t even ask your manager if you should or should not add HR, this would make them less likely to disregard your requests for a pay increase or growing to a different position also there’s a lot of favoritism which is another reason to have everything documented. (Raises were given to the manager’s son, and coworkers that shared activities outside work with him, other than that nobody would get a raise under the excuse of “not enough sales”.
-Sales Goals Vs Quality of the Repairs: This is an easy one, they prioritize the highest amount of sales, regardless of deductibles/ pre-payments properly collected or quality repairs. If you’re interested in an admin/ office manager role be prepared to have no support by your manager or coworkers not even regional when it comes to SOPs taught on training and also learn de-escalating skills as managers like to put that responsibility on S.A’s, front desk and office admin/managers
-Profit Driven Prioritization: Be prepared for a rude message or even claims that you’re lying if you get sick, a family member dies, your pet gets sick on or around the end of the month. Manager and Upper manager could care less about that because all they want is to push as many cars out during that week.
BENEFITS (HSA, TRANSIT OR PARKING): Make sure you use all the balance before putting your two weeks because the account will be deactivated and remaining funds will return to Caliber

I was asked by a manager to leave a positive review despite not being an actual customer. He stated that positive reviews could help him get a bonus at work. That raised serious concerns for me about the authenticity of the reviews associated with this business. Reviews should come from real customers with real experiences, not from people being asked to help an employee financially benefit.
I’m sharing this because honesty in customer reviews matters.
