Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Addison location (15508 Midway Road, Addison, TX 75001). I want to personally commend Mr. Hector, the supervisor, who was exceptionally helpful and assisted us with every aspect of the repair process. However, my experience with the receptionist at this location was significantly different. She was consistently rude and appeared as though she did not want to be there. While I would otherwise provide a 5 out of 5 rating based on Mr. Hector's service, the receptionist's behavior was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that she be disciplined or terminated to ensure better service for future customers.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Caliber Collision in Winston-Salem, NC on Stratford Rd regarding my 2017 Cadillac XT5. I brought my vehicle in on the 18th of Aug for repairs related to wear and tear around the sunroof. I was told it would take approximately two weeks, and I made arrangements based on the timeline I was given. After waiting the full two weeks, I was told the vehicle would be ready for pickup on the date provided. I made sure to meet the timeline and arrived as instructed, only to find out that my vehicle was still not finished. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way the General Manager handled the situation. Rather than showing concern or taking responsibility for the inconvenience, I found him to be very dismissive of my concerns.  I understand that repairs can sometimes take longer than expected, but communication and customer service are extremely important. If there were delays or issues that prevented the vehicle from being completed on time, I should have been informed before making the trip to pick it up. After waiting two weeks and following the timeline I was given, I expected better communication, professionalism, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed, and based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend Caliber Collision to others.

Jessica the lady that calls to schedule an appointment does not have customer service skills and will hang up on you before you are done talking. I asked for a manager and was told they do not have a manager and was hung up on for the 3rd time. Unprofessional

George R. I was completely satisfied by work at Collision, Research. My car couldn't have looked better if it was new. The staffs service and help was tremendous. They even made waiting a bit, pleasant.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after six return trips to this location, I feel other customers should know about my experience. My 2026 Chevy Trailblazer RS was repaired after hitting a deer. I understand some delays were out of the shop’s control, like waiting for a replacement headlight from GM. But the quality of the repair work is my concern. After getting my vehicle back, I had to return multiple times because the hood was misaligned, there were noticeable buffer marks in the paint, dirt in the paint, and incorrect push pins installed under the hood, causing trim pieces to be loose until they replaced them. On my most recent visit, I put blue painter’s tape next to every paint defect so they would be easy to find. Despite that, several of those same defects were still there when I picked up the vehicle. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in this location’s quality control. I expected a repair costing more than $12,000 to be completed with greater attention to detail. I hope this is not typical, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend there repair work

this is the worst company i have ever had dealings with. they are close to being criminals

Avoid this place like the plague. My wife dropped off her car there for a fender bender. I went to pick her up and one of their employees pulled out of a parking space, going forward and hit my car as I was driving in front of him. This started a 2 month ordeal. They originally indicated they would take care of everything. But they kept trying to return the car to me with misaligned boddy panels, lose trim, missing screws, etc. i attempted to pick up my car 5 times just to have them fix it again each time to to the extremely shoddy workmanship. They eventually had to send it to another one of their locations in North Miami. I thought the car was finally fixed but I discovered today that the passenger door is scraping against the fender they replaced which chipped the paint in the door. Oh, and my wife's car. They returned it with a completely misaligned bumper (1/3" gap). I wish I could add picture of their crappy work. Anyhow, avoid this place at all cost and I wish I could give then negative stars.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I was kept well informed of the repairs and timeframe. My contact person was Joe at the Stafford location on Nelms Circle. I highly recommend this shop.
