Took car into Caliber Collision in Springdale, AR with a $756.15 estimate from our insurance adjuster. There was slight damage to the 2 doors on the passenger side. Later that week we get a call saying they will know more about what the cost will be after they take off the bumpers to assess the damage. I asked WHY? There was no damage on any bumper. They called later that day to tell us, by the way, your car was damaged in the hail storm 2 days earlier, sitting in their parking lot -- an act of God of course. So the next week, at the end of the week, I get a call saying the car should be ready that day. I call about 4pm after not hearing again -- and am told there is a problem because their repairs are $4175.35 -- a 550% INCREASE over the insurance adjuster's amount! REALLY?? And they are just now telling me there is a discrepancy? AFTER they do the work? Well, the next bill I see is for $3542.01. An hour later it is for $3848.21. And today when we FINALLY get our car back the bill is $3764.78. Something is NOT right...... I DO NOT recommend this company.

I was driving on the freeway with my kids when my car started smoking and smelled like something was burning. Once we pulled over safely, I saw that the under shield had fallen off and was scraping the floor. In a panic, I just looked on google Maps for the closest car body shop. I called Caliber Collision in Kearny Mesa. The gentleman that answered the phone was very kind and said I could bring my car so they can take a look. Once I arrived, I was extremely impressed by everyone. The lady at the reception desk, the owner/ manager of the shop. Two experts helped me, the first one was a young man who got immediately on the floor and tried to fix it (I didn't get his name) and the second one was Todd Phelps, who took the car and fixed it for us. I was so impressed and so touched by everyone's willingness to help, making sure that the kids and I were safe, and taking the time to repair the car without an appointment. They were all extremely professional. Todd Phelps, god bless him, really was amazing. I recommend this place 200% and won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Caliber. They stuck to the time frame allotted for repairs, kept me updated throughout the process, and were very fairly priced. They worked closely with my insurance field rep. I would definitely used them again and I highly recommend them!

In late December 2022my wifes car 2020 toyota corolla was sideswiped while it was parked (driver door passenger door skin damage light to moderate damage)went through the insurance process of repairing. Long story short caliber collision upland ca auto repair was highly recommended at yelp, i sent pictures online quote roughly 4000 -5000 other auto body shops quoted similar price after all was said and done our insurance and( my wife registered owner of said vehicle)went with collision in upland after extensive evaluation collision finalized 2900 dollars at 6 days on 1-23-2022 now roughly 1 month later we are being extorted 10,000 dollars insurance I believe paying maximum of 5000 or so which would be barely reasonable but possible however collision is practicing fraudulent behavior Many of the shops are on BAR revoked license list

These people were warm, friendly, genuine, and worked with me to get my car repaired in the time frame they specked and a day earlier. The work was done perfectly, and Rebecca and Courtney helped me through a few bumps along the road. Kudos to them and to Caliber Collision. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services. It may seem expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would use their services again in a heartbeat!

No option to post less than 1star. Don't waste your time or money going to these lying thieves. Had my car for 54 days to do 27 hours worth of work. Sold me used parts and did not even fix all damage from the accident. They said they were detailing my car and processing paperwork. That alone took 48 hours. My high school kid could have hung the parts and painted it in my garage in less than a week. ​They will never see my business again. ​service advisor lies and the manager swears to it. Never again.
