February 2023. I went to caliber collision in Phoenix az on S Priest Dr for some repairs from a crash. I highly recommend them. First, they answer the phone and will call you back! Nancy on the front desk is super, Brandon handled my claim with ease. The repair was top notch! I was notified every day as to the status of my vehicle. And I picked up my vehicle early. Wow. I will recommend them totally.

5 stars and more for the excellent support, pleasant service and nice communication I received from DUBBY who is the face of Caliber Doral-Miami giving me details and updates of my crashed car . I used Caliber to fix my car because it was recommended to me and I received a fixed car better than before the crash. DUBBY Thanks for the excellent job and friendly attention. Juan Arevalo

If you want good and honest service, do not go to Caliber Collision in Lakeland, FL (2100 Griffin Road, 33810). We have had nothing but the run-around in working with this company. They kept our vehicle for almost 2 months for repairs. The associate we worked with, Jacob, indicated that our case was “thrown on his desk” and he therefore did not know how to properly take care of what the vehicle came in for. Wrong parts were ordered more than once, we were continuously given different days to come get the car, and a main issue related to the accident and reason the vehicle was brought in, was not addressed. We were told we would receive a call from the manager, Mark, and never did. Today, we were turned away, being told that the unresolved issue is due to a preexisting condition, though it was clearly explained at the initial drop off that it began as a result of the accident. Though Jacob stated that the company “dropped the ball” by not handling the issue from the start, he now stated that they were not responsible for the issue and would not help us any further. This experience was the worst we have ever had and the customer service completely lacked communication and transparency. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are a major disappointment.

In this business it is tough to get 4 and 5 star reviews. But caliber gets that consistently. It is their people. Ashley and Jon at Sunnyside are true professionals. They follow good company process and procedures. They meet customers expectations. Highly recommend.

My advisor was thorough, courteous and quite efficient. The regular updates were excellent and best of all the timeframe to get this job done was so quick. RAV looks just as nice as the day I purchased it. Special thanks to Raymond Lewis, who I was accidentally calling Louie...sorry about that, is a great asset to this team at Caliber Collision. I thank him for getting me "back in rhythm with my life"

Wish I would have come here before starting this nightmare. First repair went so so - took forever and they ended up owing me for rental expenses. Then the car overheated to find out they installed radiator without connecting the fan. Returned to shop said fan was working - did pressure test and blew off turbo hose in the process. Said this is not their problem towed to another shop who informed me they did not ensure the fan was working - refused to take responsibility for new repair - do NOT use them. If in Orlando - use Rescue Automotive - I'm out almost 1k in car rental expenses
