Excellent first experience. I took a 2017 Ford Expedition for two separate claims, rear bumper replacement, and right tail light. The parts needed to be ordered, which took about two weeks, but I was informed of every step of the progress. The receptionist was professional and my service advisor Cristina Morgado was the best, she took her time to explain everything in detail. My vehicle was ready as promised, excellent job and I love that they washed my car. I would definitely use their service again if in need, but keeping my fingers crossed that's not going to be the case.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the behavior of one of your manager name is “Brown” also he hide his designation from us at car fixer shop “Caliber Collision” Location: 2975 Advance Ln, Colmar, PA 18915”. My insurance send their my Car “Nissan” for Fix , I asked him question regarding repair my car  , The individual in his answer  was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I was shocked at the level of disrespect shown towards me. During my visit, I had some questions about the repairs that were being done on my car, but instead of answering my questions, the “Brown” member in question became defensive and dismissive. When I persisted in asking for clarification, the staff member raised their voice and became aggressive towards me, which was both intimidating and completely unacceptable. I felt completely disrespected and undervalued as a customer, and this experience has left me feeling very unhappy with your establishment. I expect better from your staff, and I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future. he seems disorganized and unprofessional , I asked him many time he just dismissive and did not explain the repairs needed clearly. It’s very disgusting.

After my last review I went back to Caliber collusion and after talking to Mike the manager, my car was looked at again and the additional problem was discovered and repairs will be done. I appreciate how the situation in a professional way. Thank you Mike for your courtesy.

Congratulations for a job well done and the repair was certainly extensive and very time consuming. My wife and I were appreciative of your crew team how helpful they were.

I took a 2005 car in with a broken interior part. The part has been discontinued but they were able to fix it for me. They did it while I waited were very professional and did a great job! They have worked on other cars of ours and always had a good experience.
