Caliper Collision Castleton has been an excellent source of collision repairs for my company vehicles. I made an appointment for an estimate and they were timely and meet all of my expectations

Caliber Collision simply is a terrible place to bring your car. I trusted them with my brand new Lexus (one month old). My car was hit while parked. They kept my vehicle for several months. I have returned five times and every time they try something different. They have asked me to bring my car to three different of their locations, San Ramon, concord and Vallejo. This was to try a better tech, they claimed. The first two times my car was returned improperly repaired and just full of dust and filthy inside. This was after their quality tech had inspected it. The repairs were just substandard and obviously terrible. It is obvious they simply do not care about quality repairs or they do not have the technicians with the skills to complete quality repairs. Caliber Collision have showed me that they do not know what they are doing. My advice would be to not bring your car to this place. They just simply lack the ability to appropriately repair a vehicle. They do the very minimum. I have no words to describe what a nightmare this place is. My car has still not fix. I am too busy at work to deal with them. Caliber collision is just a terrible waste of time.

Caliber Collision Midwest City Oklahoma did an amazing job, Thank you Bo and James fir fulfilling your promise and keeping us informed!

Caliber collision did a great job on my mother's car. Ms. Patricia was very helpful in making sure my mother's car was in great care. The Mt Moriah location was the location. I will definitely refer my family and friends to caliber collision.

Wanted my car back after they said it was totaled I drove my car there after I was rear ended. Car was drivable. Drove for near a month after it was hit. They were only supposed to be assessing the damage done.not take my car apart and tell me they can't put it back like it was when I bought it in. Will never go to this place again. After going back and forth about my car and them telling me at first I would have to pay them to put my bumper back on, when I kept asking why, and saying it was together when I bought it in. you were only supposed to be assessing the damage , he said he would put it back together but I had to sign a waiver something saying they were not responsible. I just wanted my car back the way I drove it to them. Finally I just said junk the car because at this point I know longer trusted them. My advice . Read the reviews before leaving your car at a body shop. If I had read the reviews first this would never had happened.

I appreciate great customer service and that's exactly what I got at East Caliber. Every one of the ladies I dealt with went up and above to help me with the insurance companies. Amanda called the insurance company and fought for me. The workmanship was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to company back. Thank you
