My car was backended while sitting at a red light. Though I live in Cockeysville, the only collision center available was 5565 Belair Rd. I had nothing but aggravation and frustration til I spoke to Beth in Customer Service. She was very professional and caring. My car was towed there and in a short time the repair was done The job was beautiful. Eight months later I took it back for an adjustment. No question asked and the work was done as soon as I brought it in. Every experience there was a good one. Every person I spoke to was kind and polite.It doesn't get any better than that.

I brought my Audi Q3 in because someone had pulled the back door handle and broke it. I asked the managers opinion and he initially thought it might be $500-$1000 to replace it but asked me if I had 10 minutes to wait. He brought it to the back came back 1015 minutes later with the handle repaired and functional. He told me to take it easy on it because it might just last a couple of years or so. He refused to take any payment or gratuity. I have had my cars repaired there before, and was always happy with CALIBER, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated his honesty, generosity and kindness.

Caliber LHC, AZ was a option by my USAA Insurance Company. I had used Caliber for car repairs in California 3x’s. Brian at LHC was amazing and they “fixed” a past CA Caliber repair that wasn’t up to company standards. My vehicle looks brand new; they earn 5 stars for the experience from drop off to pick up…Quality Service.

This is the second repair I have had done here, and the second time they left paint over spray on my windows, trim and windshield.

Caliber on mt moriah rock I had my vehicle repaired there and it was breath taking. The staff was wonderful, Ms Patricia keep me informed the entire time. I would recommend caliber on mt moriah any time.

My car was in a rear end collision, and Caliber Collision did an outstanding job being able to situate the insurance claims, as well as providing me with immediate answers to any questions or concerns I had. Dusty does a phenomenal job being a polite, loyal car technician making sure all repairs are done correctly and corrected. The Customer Service team inside also does a great job making sure information is collected correctly as well as communicating very well with there customers. Highly recommended Caliber for any car repair/maintenance per them doing a beautiful job detailing my vehicle after its repairs. 10/10

Great experience at Warsaw location. Got me in quick for the quote and repairs on my Toyota highlander after hitting a deer and damaging the front left side of my car. I had my car back in a week. The work was great on the car. They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car. The customer service was outstanding very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collisions in Warsaw for repairs.
