Everything we expected. Would have like to have had WI-FI.

We enjoyed our stay the "Lodge at Whippoorwill" over Thanksgiving Holiday immensely. There were 17 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the cabin layout, there was ample dishes / eating utensils, pots and pans to cook with. Would recommend this cabin to any group or party. We did have one exciding evening as we had a Black Bear visitor the grand kids loved it.

The house had lots of roaches that came from behind the refrigerator. A LOT. We reported it to the office and they offered us a discount on our next stay, but after reading the reviews we didn't want another stay since it seems this is a common problem. In addition, the wi-fi never worked for more than two minutes at a time. They sent out the nicest people who looked at it and said they were bringing back a new router but never did.

I loved my cabin I rented for my birthday getaway. It was the best trip ever and a birthday I will always remember. The view I had over the mountains was gorgeous. The customer service was great and they checked on us to make sure we didnt need anything. I look forward to another trip.

We were so very happy with our cabin! (It’s Got It All) it was beautiful with awesome views! So much space to accommodate our family! A couple of our grandchildren are special needs & they absolutely loved it, and the adults could truly relax. We made GREAT memories! Very grateful to the owners for sharing this cabin with us! Cabins of the Smokies was also helpful with answering questions and helping with a few issues we had with cabin promptly sending maintenance, our pool was supposed to be heated but they had issues with heater so water was to chilly for adults but our grandchildren loved it! Thank you Cabin of the Smokies! Hopefully we can return soon 🙂
