The location was great, easy to get to without dangerous roads, and close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Check in process was stalled because the cabin was being “inspected”. Main floor mattress could use upgrading. Drapes and bedspreads a little tired. Completely met our needs but not luxurious by any means. Musty smell. Fire pit smaller than appeared on pictures and carry chairs if you plan to use.

wonderful cabin...need better towels & bed sheets...thankfully we brought our own.

Our cabin misty mountain view was perfect. Loved the hot tub on the screened in porch. The privacy. Wonderfully comfortable king bed. Two tv's. A sweet little mountain view.. great location ..

This turned out to be the best Thanksgiving holiday for me and 28 other family members, The kids had a great time visiting the museum the zip line, go cart, and the scary house I can go on and on about the story my family is still talking about and can’t wait until we visit again.

Upon arriving check in was at 4, we arrived at 6 and was told the cabin still hadn’t been inspected. We finally checked in at 7. When we got to the cabin the fireplace didn’t work, the hot tub was tore apart and didn’t have water and one of the toilets would not flush. Contacted the office. Next day someone came and fixed the toilet and hot tub but said they had to order a part for the fireplace and wasn’t sure when it would be in. My husband ended up fixing it later that day. Management was quick to respond. We made our stay enjoyable.

The hot tub smelled of mildew and the heart shake tub. And the jets was not working in the tub and the pinball machine call the simpsons needed to be fixed

Hard to find location of cabin. Cobwebs everywhere. Appliances needed updating. Bathrooms very small & nowhere to put your toiletries.

The online check in works great. The cabin was what we expected since it was pet friendly and we have a dog. The neighbors were extremely loud and partied until well after 2 in the morning. That I can do without.
