I stayed at the blackberry ridge cabin in Townsend, TN very nice and comfortable cabin. The experience we had was awesome! We got actually got an experience to see a bear right in front of our cabin porch. So i recommend this cabin. Very quiet and comfortable cabin.

Spoke with the owner of Lake House. I didn’t understand some charges which he patiently explained. Also he told me about a veteran discount I am eligible for. Very kind and patient. Look forward to staying at Lake House.

We stayed at the Mountain View Cabin!! The name did not disappoint! We totally enjoyed our cabin and all its amenities to relax in! This was a great honeymoon get away and we look forward to coming back for future trips!!

I can recommend the Cabins Of The Smoky Mountains for a good experience, especially during these rough days, as we navigate through the "New Normal" we are all being a part of due to the Pandemic. I have had opportunity to communicate with Tony from this business. He was more then helpful, he was courteous, respectful and very understanding to my plight. Once I communicated my needs, Tony was exceptional at finding a solution to my problem. I am confident that any future bookings with this business in the future will be smooth and accommodating.
